  I couldnt ask for a better experience from this hair salon! Judy is absolutely the best hair stylist I have ever had and she has such a passion for what she does!

  I was disappointed at the service from one woman. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, as well as woman who did my nails. However, the woman who did eyelash extensions was very condescending. I simply asked a few questions but the way she made me feel, i will definitely NOT return and will never recommend this place. I have already shared my experience with several family members. I cannot express enough the need to treat EVERYONE with courtesy especially in the service business.

  Online scheduling is great. Judy does a great job. Very reasonable. Interior could use some updating.

  I've gotten lots of compliments on my haircut. Deidra is confident and works quickly. She cut my long grey hair into a cute angled bob that I just love. She listens and doesn't get bossy with how she thinks my hair would look best. At 72 yrs old, I've been to a lot of salons, and Deidra is a stylist that I will go back to, and I hope she stays at Cloud 9.

  I've had both Chandra and Judy cut my hair and wax my brows. They do a wonderful job. I've also gotten a massage and pedicure here. I always feel very welcome and appreciated. Chandra went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and beautiful when I was 9 months pregnant. Also the prices are very reasonable.

  My friend and I got massages there this weekend for my friend's birthday. The massages were fantastic and I would highly recommend this place!

  I highly recommend getting your hair cut by Leah. I went in with a bad experience from cost cutters, and when she finished fixing it I was very impressed. She does a great job and I'm definitely going to come back here in the future.
