I dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned that had a small stain. Because of this, it was marked "future price" but the gentleman working said it should cost maximum $20 ($12 for a normal dress cleaning plus whatever additional treatments it should require).
When I went to pick up my dress, another woman was there. She looked at the "future price" ticket and demanded $35. I explained what the first man said and she then insisted that it would be $20, although she could not say if anything beyond a normal dry clean had been done. Apparently she is a seamstress and the dry cleaner is not there during the day, so no one could tell me what had been done for my dress.
Very dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Not a trustworthy business.response / report this review -
