Forgetting to brush your teeth? Set a timer! With a hectic schedule, it may be difficult to remember to brush your teeth before running out the door or heading to bed. Setting an alarm will make sure you always put your dental hygiene first.

Cookies, cakes, candies, and sodas - everywhere you go, there are sugary treats to tempt you and your kids. The effects of sugar on teeth may not be noticeable right away, but too much can lead to tooth decay if you don't stay on top of it. Here's how sugar can harm your family's dental health and what you can do to prevent it.

Did you know that the teeth are the only part of the body that can't fully heal themselves? While they may heal to a certain extent, teeth lack the cells necessary to rebuild enamel. Another reason why you should take care of your teeth!

Today is National Dentist's Day! In most cases, the day of our dental exam can cause anxiety & nervousness. However, when we are done with our appointment we always appreciate what the dentist has done for us! National Dentist Day was created to show APPRECIATION and to say THANK YOU to your dentist!

Did you know more than 60% of Americans have naturally sensitive teeth? This is most often caused by genetics, thin enamel, or cracked/damaged teeth. During the whitening process, it is completely normal for sensitivity to occur. The teeth become temporarily dehydrated which reduces their ability to insulate the nerve from changes in temperature. Sensitivity will disappear 12-36 hours after whitening.
