  The customer service here is incredible! I went to two other Chevy dealerships priorly for the service department and I will never go anywhere else after finding Clark Chevrolet. They were not only professional, but actually cared about my issue I was having and went above and beyond like no other service department has so far. This place is a gem. Thank you soooo much to everyone who helped me today. I wish I got everyone’s names but special shoutout to Tom and the wonderful lady in the front. You all are rockstars!

  Thought my experience was worth sharing. Friday before a long weekend 5 minutes until 5 my brand new Cadillac 600 left me stranded. My immediate first call was to Clark. Got the service department and gave them the situation. Within 5 minutes they had me in conected with roadside and a loner. My truck was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours with updates along the way. Can't express how much I appreciate service after the sale!!

  This is the worst place to go for anything don’t go here the owner was very disrespectful and also the serivce manger charge more money then they should have and his name is Adam and also was promise other other things that were not done they will persuade you to get your money or someone else either way in bad faith I went in this place of business like anybody else then I was told I was rude to a customer when he was standing in a different place then where I was please don’t go here for your good.

  You find something you want & they tell you an expected delivery date but then you have to track them down just to find out it'll be there in the next 2 days & then you never hear from them. Same thing happens 6 months down the road but with a different vehicle. Shame on you the 1st time, shame on me the 2nd for trying to give you some business. This is a terrible customer service plus you lost a sale, twice!

  Aaron Hodges referred me to take my girlfriends vehicle there a week ago as he used to take care of me at Southern Pines Chevrolet and he was right, he told me Adam Ring runs a great service department and he was right, Clark is the best choice for Moore county. Southern Pines Chevrolet is really going downhill with they're new management , glad to know we have a great hometown alternative to a corporate auto mall
