Pretty descent selection of accessories however Charming Charlie is much better and prices as well.

Horrible customer service. Told the MANAGER 3 times what ear rings that we wanted to be pierced with and she repeated it to us. The ear rings we requested were $26.00, and they pierced her with some that were $58.00. We did not find out until check out that they switched the ear rings on us. When we questioned it, they said "o well, it's done now, the best we can do is offer 20% off". Then insisted that we purchase a bottle of cleaning solution that is 'part of the package". They refused to give us that money back even though the receipt said "return price $6.40".
