Very nice little cafe down on the water! They have great, fresh seafood (and gator) for reasonable prices. Their fries were fantastic too!
The service is pretty slow, but it’s a popular place and they make everything fresh to order, so just be aware that means you’ll have to sit a bit. There’s tons of seating, both covered and uncovered, some upstairs as well. A great place for groups.
They also sell fresh seafood (and gator!) if you want that as well!response / report this review -

Excellent, fresh seafood! Amazing views, dockside seating on 1st & 2nd levels. Has a market, restaurant, and gift shop all in one. Well priced for the amount of food served. Portions are large and hearty! A must try, even if you're just passing through the everglades and this is a tad out of your way!

Very, very casual. Place your order in the kitchen, wait a little bit until your number is called, take a seat and enjoy great seafood. Located on the water you'll see tarpon roll, pelicans and airboats. Covered outdoor dining.
Good lunch spot for a day trip from Ft Myers, Naples or Marco Island.response / report this review -

Super cozy family owned one of these hole in a wall places that you come to enjoy food. Grilled grouper was amazing and fresh. Key lime pie was mouth watering and a must have.

Low key, super casual, and a great view. I like this place because not many people know about it. You get a nice view of the water and the last time we were there we saw dolphins feeding. We usually get the basket meals. My boyfriend gets the gator bites with fries and I get the tenders or shrimp. You can grab a beer and just chill out. Very casual spot, like flip flops and shorts casual. The service is typically fast and you may think the food is a bit overpriced but what you're paying for is vacation. I haven't tried their crab but I do hear they're good. Maybe next time!

This place rocks, and still only 6 weeks after Irma, as they got hit pretty hard. We have been going to Everglades City for over 30 years and this restaurant is, without a doubt, THE BEST. When in season we always get the stone crabs (yum!!) and 365 days a year you can sink your teeth into the freshest grouper sandwich you will ever have, melts in your mouth! One year we even shipped frog legs and Pompano to New Hampshire for Thanksgiving with my sister, just as fresh whey it all arrived as if we were sitting right there on the docks eating it. This place does not disappoint, ever!!

Really good fooda bit priceybut tasty. Bought alot of stone crab and gator bites. Very unfriendly service unfortunatelymade us feel very unwelcomelike we were an inconvenience to the staff. Not sure if we would come back because of that.

Great place, open now. Hurricane Irma slowed em down, but they are back in business! Stone Crab season is just around the corner. I'll be there for that.

While I was really hoping for a good experience, I found what could possibly be the most dirty restaurant I've ever been to. Full of flies over your food because they have huge trash cans right next to where you're eating. The fish did taste fresh, but the restaurant as a whole made me so disgusted that I would never go back there. Sorry guys, need to step up your game.

Great atmosphere. Food just okay. Fries were cold, fish sandwich was so so. Atmosphere made me rate it a 3, otherwise would be a 2 rating.

Perfect pitstop for a quick snack on the way back to Miami. Some items were a little expensive but after all, it is the middle of nowhere. Overall it was a great restaurant with a great view of the river. I'll be sure to stop again. Definitely give the fried shrimp a try. They were banging!!

Old Florida at its best. Dumpy looking place on the outside ( would never have stopped here if it wasn't for friends bring us) but open air.picnic tableson the water and great food. Doesn't get any better!
We had the fried shrimp and stone crab.and a beer of coarse. It was as good if not better than the atmosphere!
