  Way overdue review. First time Ford owners. From beginning to end was a great experience. This dealership went FAR BEYOND our expectations!! STELLAR SERVICE. Never had a dealership go that EXTRA mile for us, too long to go into detail. Loved the fact that they are NOT PUSHY. The only bummed thing was the 4 cylinder turbo Escape we bought waste more gas from what we were told. I wanted a car that saved on gas.

  Best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 25+ years of purchasing vehicles. Completely no pressure sales, only information, test drives, and making sure you got what you wanted. Emmanuel and his team were amazing, I would highly recommend them and the Citrus dealership to anyone. Thank you again! We are very, very satisified!

  Great service by Darin and Mario.... Guys provided best service I can get. With my wife there for my daughter car and Mario found perfect car for budget. Darin explained all the details and guess what, he got better rate than I can find and earnest about it. How to save on each program... worked out all great... Thanks guys... perfect team. My daughter will enjoy her Forte for long time....

  Great service! Buy a car was pleasant, no pushy salesmen trying to sell you the car you want, but can't afford. One thing I did notice they do is they have one person walk the lot with you and find the car within your budget that is best for you. We were undecided about an Explorer or an Edge and he took the time to show us both cars, and point out the differences in features to help us make the best decision that worked for us. When it actually came time to do the numbers he introduced us to the finance guy, and he went over our options, including any sales they had going on, to find the right payment for us. Very friendly and great experience over all.

  Had a great experience at Citrus Motors Ford. Came to look for a new "mommy car" for my expecting wife. Nick was a huge help showing me vehicles and helping me decide exactly what package we wanted. Dan helped to get us a great deal, and hunt down our perfect match. Then Nick and Dan got it to the lot as quick as possible so I could surprise my wife with it at her baby shower. Great experience and great customer service!

  We positively dread the car-buying experience. The last vehicle we purchased was here and the reason we just returned was due to the impeccable level of service, honesty and integrity of everyone in this dealership from the GM (Jason) down.
  
  A year ago we were in the market for a Ford Explorer, found the one we loved and the salesperson we dealt with I learned was gouging us (I have a friend in the car business that called it out and advised we visit Citrus). Jason got us the exact car for considerably less and it was the easiest car-buying experience we’ve ever had.
  
  I genuinely can’t say enough about this dealership. If you’re in the market for a Ford, this dealership is a must and we tell everyone we know.

  I recently had my son buy out his lease for his Ford Fiesta. Citrus Motors Ford is a new dealership to us because we are new to the area. We had already received inaccurate information from the last dealership we were at so things were already delayed. I came in to Citrus Motors Ford and spoke to Ryan Moody. He explained exactly what needed to be done and what I needed to have. He told me to call ahead when I was able to come in with my son and he would have all of the paperwork ready to go. Sure enough, things could not have been easier. He was extremely professional and efficient, explaining everything as we went. Miguel helped with the inspection and moved things along quickly and efficiently as well. They were both great to work with. I still can't believe how fast and easy the process was. I will recommend the dealership as well as Ryan and Miguel to anyone interested in a Ford.

  Wow! My first car buying experience was perfect. The staff was so helpful when it came to finding what car was best for me. Emmanuel was so nice and very knowledgeable when it came to the car we picked out. Paul Valdez made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness. He as well was so knowledgeable. All around this was a great car buying experience for me. Thank you Citrus Ford.

  We came in for a 2015 white fiesta st. We first met with product specialist Jonathan F. who was very knowledgeable about the car. I ended up leaving with a new 2017 black fiesta st instead after talking to Rainier B about financing options, because of the great incentives and deals they had. I liked this experience because everything was straight forward and there was no sneaky tactics. Everyone was friendly and helpful and most of all, not super pushy. I would recommend shopping here if you don't like intimidating car salesmen and just want a casual experience and you know what car you want. Smoothest experience I've ever had while car shopping. Keep up the good work guys!

  Emmanuel greeted me and after our chat he showed me several options that fit my needs. He is a very genuine, caring individual. You are very fortunate to have him in your employ. I chose the ford escape, took a drive and then I met Rainier who helped me understand my finance options. Again a great, kind ,patient individual. The process was precise and painless. Not only did I get another great vehicle but was treated royally. I will keep coming back to Citrus Motors as a loyal and happy customer. Again, you definitely have a fine, intelligent staff...I will recommend them to everyone.

  Went into the dealership a couple of weeks back casually looking for a new car. The structure in which the dealership is set up is amazing and there is no pressure to buy. It's calm and relaxing being able to walk the floor without being hounded. Was helped by Rainier and his team. They both did a great job and made it a great car buying experience. I will be going back there again when it's time for a new car.

  We came here to take a look at the trucks. Paul greeted us and helped us right away but he was already helping someone so he grabbed his coworker Jonathan. Jonathan took us out for a test drive and explained everything and addressed all our questions patiently. Both Paul and Jonathan were friendly and knowledgeable. We did leave shortly to check out Ford of Chino Hills and ended up coming here and purchasing our truck. Then Jesse helped us and the whole transaction was smooth.
  
  All three were super prompt in greeting us, and assisting us in becoming new truck owners- I highly recommend this dealer!!

  Emmanuel was very helpful with his knowledge of trucks. I came in to just "look at a truck" but the deals they have here were too good to pass up. I was handed off to Jesse by Emmanuel which together made a great team. I was never pressured in any way to purchase the truck I did today. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a Ford.

  This place is great! I bought my first car here and I couldn't be happier. Emmanuel, Rainier, and Kenny were all super helpful and quite knowledgeable. Emmanuel is also secretly a good rapper. Kevin Block sold me my car and made sure I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend buying your next car here.

  This Place is the best! From the moment i walked in i knew i was being taken care of. There was no pressure, all my questions were answered everything was smooth. Bought previous cars at other places and non come close to Citrus Ford, The team here gets to know you, they keep a good connection with you. Even after i bought the car they stayed in touch to make sure i was happy. I had Questions after and they answered them no problem. If you come here please please please ask for Rainer and Nick they are the absolute best at what they do. Rainer explained everything about my contract and price and everything i did not leave confused. While Nick explained any question with that car, i can't stress it enough please go to Nick and Rainer you will not be disappointed thank you for all the help.
