  Bank will not endorse their own checks. I was told I had to go to the branch where the issuer was located. Ummm driving 6 states over to endorse a check seems just a tad ridiculous. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank.

  Convenient atm locations, both inside and "drive-thru". Generally well staffed, low wait times.

  Left bank over lousy service the handful of times I had to go inside. Did business with Citibank since 1984, but no more. New bank is wonderful.

  All the time I'm forced to deal with this bank is a drama!! To pay, they want force you to open account, when you are try just pay or make a simple deposit. Today other drama! I try to cash a check even with ID was not possible because they told the signature in the check was fake! FOR REAL!! I call the person in the check and the person told this story no make any sense they are costumers there more than 20 years!! I deposit the same check in my account and nothing was wrong. I don't know why they refuse to cash a check even if I have ID, but that is the level of incompetence there.
