I came into the store 20 minutes before closing because I had originally come to the mall for Elder Beerman and Macy's which their hours were open until midnight where Cinderella was open until 9.
I was in search of a wedding dress for myself and a dress for my two year old and possibly a suit for my 3 month old. I wanted to get an idea of which style I liked and look around. As all women love to do especially for such a special day.
The older Asian women was very rude and pushing me out the door basically as soon as I got there. She told me looking for a dress takes at least a couple hours and I should come back tomorrow. And I said that's okay I'm just looking. And she said it takes time to try on the dresses. Come back tomorrow. I said you're still open for 15 minutes. Thank you. And she said I recommend you look at more flowy dresses (referencing my baby fat) which I still have plenty of time to lose!
I won't be coming back to this store because of this woman and that sucks because this store has plenty of beautiful dresses.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My daughter went in there to buy her homecoming dress and she was by herself, she tried on several dresses and the last dress she tried on they instantly pressured her into buying, constantly telling her to buy it and how $300 isn’t to much and how it looked great on her. She got nervous and bought it without my permission, an hour later she found a much better, cuter, and cheaper dress at Macy’s she bought this dress as well and came home. She told me that she wanted to return the dress from Cinderella so I took the receipt and the dress back to Cinderella and even though it was only an hour and a half later after she bought it they REFUSED to do any returns. She had not wore the dress not even tried it on other than in the store AND STILL REFUSED to do a return, they were extremely rude and bitchy towards me saying that they told my daughter it was a no return policy even though I know they didn’t because my daughter wouldn’t have bought it then. I got the district managers phone number to try and do a return. But I do not recommend going to Cinderella EVER. If I could leave a 0 rate I would.

We bought dresses there for a father/daughter dance. We bought for 3 daughter's. 2 six year olds and a 14 year old so it was very costly. But I wanted it to be a night they'll never forget. The dresses were beautiful. I think we spent around $500. The straps of the 2 younger girls dresses broke at the dance. Very cheaply made to charge that much money in my opinion.

My daughters went to try on dresses for an upcoming event and after trying on two dresses and wanting to try on another they were told by the store manager if they weren't going to make a purchase they couldn't try on anymore dresses. I spoke with the store manager myself over the phone and told her how disappointed my daughters were that they was treated this way the manager became very offensive and rude over the phone and hung up on me when I told her that I was going to write this review. Poor customer service skills and bad management. Take it from me people please avoid this store. They have zero good reviews.

Bought a $387 dress and the back part of the dress completely broke which held my whole front of the dress. It was my senior prom and ultimately ruined my prom because the dress looked awful since it was so loose in the front. When going back to the store the following day, the manager rudely told me that it wasn't her problem and that I should've "fixed it myself" or gone into the store for them to fix after I explained it broke an hour before the prom. The store is a 25 minute drive so there's was no way I would be able to drive and get it fixed in time. Definitely do not recommend buying from this store!!

I would give this a zero if I could. Bought a prom dress. $546. The next day found out that prom was on a previous engagement day so my daughter couldn't attend. Would not refund. No policy! Would never recommend stores with this policy.

They made my friend pay for a dress for about 546$ the. They called her a week later telling the company that the dress came from no longer makes that dress and now she can't get a refund because "it's her responsibility". How is that my friends fault that they couldn't order the dress or tell her it was out of stock before she paid? Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism in this establishment.
