  This was my first time there and I am sold. Laura at the counter was knowledgeable and very friendly. They actually finished the work on my car before the promised time. I'll definitely be back.

  I have been there several times for price quotes on various long term car repair projects. This time I actual had work done. The price, service and exceptional personal/family touch sealed the deal.
  I have found the repair shop I've been looking for. Fair, honest and reliable service with great family attitude & feel.

  Brian worked with me to fit an appointment into my schedule. After dropping off my car, they drove me to work, and then picked me up once the servicing was complete. That's excellent customer service! My BRAKE light was on, and I was expecting a hefty price to solve the problem. The Churchill team discovered a loose wire in a sensor, and the problem was resolved for well under $100. I'm sure the dealer would have found a way to add another zero to that price! The team at Churchill Auto Care is very professional, open and honest. There my new auto care team!

  I bought a used car recently and had Churchill Automotive do what they call a pre-purchase inspection. I did it after buying the car due to logistics but I was glad I did because they found out the car was in pretty good condition except for some routine maintenance and that gave me piece of mind. I had the work done, they did it all in one day and the prices were pretty reasonable too. I got a FREE RIDE to and from WORK. That's a $20 dollar value right there at least. Excellent service all around. 10/10 recommend.

  First off I am not one to write reviews but I want everyone to know how awesome this business is. I have used Churchill before and they always do an outstanding job but this time they went above and beyond for my family. My daughter came home for a quick visit from NC, she started to have car issues the day before she had to leave. I called Churchill and told them what was going on and that I needed all the work done that day because she needed to leave by 5pm. I probably talked to them like 5 times trying to get quotes and just figuring out everything we needed to do. Brian & Dave had lots of patience with me and knew I was very concerned about getting my daughter home on time & safe. Not only did they quote me fantastic prices but was able to get all the work done (which was a significant amount of items) and them some in the required time I was requesting on top of all the other appointments and work they had that day. Churchill will always be my mechanic and I will never go to another in Frederick. Not only are they good at their job but they are passionate, caring, understanding, honest and truly care about their customers. I am very much a family person and my family is everything to me. That day they showed me that they cared just as much about my daughter and her safety as I did. This means the world to me and I can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to ensure my daughter’s car was in order in such a short time for her to get home to NC safe and on time. If you need anything done on your vehicles, please take them here, you will not be disappointed. Best mechanic I have ever had and in Frederick! Thank you again!

  OMG! They're AWESOME. I had my car to a couple different mechanics to figure out why my 2003 Mazda shook every time I tried to stop. No one could figure it out. I brought it to Churchill and they fixed it and made it better than before. Not only that, but they did it while I was at work. Laurel came to my job, picked up the car, serviced it, and had it back before I left. Price is great. Service is fantastic. BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

  Unparalleled service and integrity. My wife's car broke down on I-70 in the first hour of an all day road trip. These kinds of situations are very stressful with lots of quick decisions that have to be made (calling the insurance company, choosing a place to tow to, finding a rental car). I searched quickly for a place to have our car towed, and found Churchill Auto Care. They took care of my wife and my two young daughters, driving them to a car rental agency with all their luggage and stuffed animals. They took a quick look at the car and determined that it was totaled, and then let us keep the car there for a week until we could have it removed, never, for some reason, charging us for any of this, and refusing any token of gratitude we offered when we dropped by to empty out our vehicle. As out-of-town strangers, we had no reason to expect any of this, and feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon their place. This kind of integrity and generosity seems quite rare these days, and we wish we lived in town and could have our vehicles serviced here!

  Really a 4.5 Star review. But, the only thing that I didn't entirely love was the price compared to other local shops for state inspection. Brian their manager is a nice and honest guy. The inspector truly checks your car for every single thing on the state inspection list. I appreciate the honest work of these guys, they earned my trust. Check out their social media discounts before you pay!

  I got my car in for an oil change in preparation for a little road trip, just to make sure that we're good to go. They found a couple other issues and explained why it would be good to get it done, but I didn't feel pressured to have to do it right now. For my piece of mind while traveling, I went ahead and got the work done. It was going to take a little longer than I had anticipated being there, so Laurel's shuttle service took me home, and when the car was ready, picked me up so that I could continue with my day.
  Great service, fair price, and I'd trust them to work on my car again.

  I was on my way home from Great Falls, VA to Allentown, PA and my car was making very bad noises. I googled and found their garage which was open on a Saturday and they took me right away. They fixed it right away and I was on my way. The people were super friendly and I did not feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was obviously a traveler. I could have been gouged! The work was done well - car still running great!

  I'm new in town - so I had to go get my vehicle inspection... I went to Churchill and they were great to work with! They helped me with a shuttle ride and even returned my car totally clean!! They were non pressuring and straightforward... I'll go there again I'm sure.

  I have been bringing my vehicles in to Churchill for about a year now. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. The service is prompt and all of the work and recommendations are detailed for you. I have never been pressured into purchasing services. This is truly an honest family owned business.

  I have had several repair jobs done here on multiple vehicles including a new jasper engine install. All work was done in a very timely manner with no take backs. It's a family-run business and the thing I like the most is they are definitely honest and good people . They are also great if you need a ride to drop off and pick up. I highly recommend them.
