  I thought it was good for the price. Service was great. The puppet show wasn't so good. More like bad.. The mascot wearing the Chuck-E-Cheese costume should have been more involved with the kids. I felt like they were just at work working... The kids loved it so I have to give 4 stars for that. But as an adult, the only thing I liked was the pizza the overall price & the KIDS being happy..

  I don't appreciate that I'm pushed out of the way and people are ignorant and hog the games and break them and think it's okay to push my sister as well. I don't enjoy that I cannot take my sister and son without having one of them tell me that a kid stole their coins, tickets, ect. The other children are let out like animals you would think they aren't allowed out other than in this place and it's disgraceful that I will be finding better arcade establishments because of the parenting towards the other children.

  I have been here about 15 times over the past 3 years. It's great. Had my daughter's birthday party about 2 years ago. Staff is amazing. Recently, we have started bringing our 2 year old son. And it's great when it's too hot/cold, raining, etc. Also, I don't think the pizza isn't bad as I have read in some reviews. It isn't a fancy restaurant. It's a kids place. We usually spend about $30. That includes games for 2 young kids. I usually get the adult buffet and 1 kids buffet during early week days(1 of my kids doesn't really eat anything). They have salad, pizza options and 1 pizza that is like a sweet dessert. We always leave with small toys and full stomachs.

  Place inside is kinda small. Machines for kids need update. And need to have more variety of machines for them. after all, this place is made for kids not for grown ups. Pizza sucks.
  Good spacious parking lot though.

  I've been bringing my daughter here since she was about 3. Everything about the place has gone up and down in my opinion but right now it's at its very best..In the past 6-8 months It's gotten better and better. They use cards in place of tokens, they added alot of new games and they started an all you can eat pizza bar from 10-3.. My daughter is 10 now and not only do we go every couple months just to play but we have a tradition of bringing our family here every year for her Bday even if we have plans or a party scheduled at a different place. I like that usually the management is flexible and cares enough to cater to everyone not just people with scheduled parties.

  Pretty upset that know you have to use a card instead of tokens because the tokens where much better and depends on how much money you spend thats the value of tokens you get

  Visited this evening for a birthday party. Super crowded, several games not working, and bathrooms needed attention. Biggest issue was I placed an order for chicken with the party host, left to play games with my son, came back to a different host for the party about 20 minutes later still NO WINGS, so placed an order with the 2nd girl. Sat at the table almost 40 minutes, STILL NO WINGS. When questioned about it she goes to the 1st host to find out about the order (WHY? When I asked YOU to get it the 2nd time??), unorganized and no communication. I should of spoke to the manager but at that point I was just ready to go.

  The food is a little better but the chicken wings need to be cooked longer. Seating is trouble. So hard to find seating and game machines kept giving my kids problems. The pizes booth need more people behind it.

  My daughter loved playing there. We went on a Saturday morning and stayed until 2 PM. After that the place was getting too crowded. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because most games was not giving the tickets and we had to keep asking the manager to open the games to fix it.

  They are better then some of the other CeCs I've been to. Less games are out of order and the space is bigger. On a weekday it's calm enough, but forget about going on weekends if you don't like huge crowds. If you have young kids that you are looking to do something with on a rainy day you could do worse.
