Nice ,cool play area !!! Good parking, basketball court, stream,woods, covered bridge back entrance,picnic areas, nice to walk or enjoy a day outing, have restrooms ther.

Wow! Christmas Run recently added a new playground that is really cool! It's is built to look like a nature scape with giant log slides, climbing rocks, ropes ladders, and little animal sculptures hiding among the activities. It's really neat looking, and very fun to play on. We took our two year old, and although some things were out of her age range (she fell on the ropes), she still had a lot of run. There is also another play ground up the hill at the park that is more geared toward younger children.
Besides the playgrounds at Christmas Run, there are plenty more adult-friendly activities, like a basketball court, tennis court, and picnic pavilions.response / report this review -

Unique park with different things to play on than usual parks. My kids are a big fan. Also a nice stream that kids can play in.

They have greatly improved this park from when I grew up. The kids had a blast there and didn't want to leave even after dark.

Great place for younger children. Lots of activities including a stream to wade in .Playground and brand new basketball court For older kids & adults . We liked it !

Wonderful playground - newly renovated - just be sure to watch the little ones because there are some places where they can fall (ours have). Well worth an outing; we've enjoyed birthday parties and picnics there.

A highlight of Wooster - young families can enjoy a lovely playground, picnic pavilions, basketball hoops, and one of FOUR community pools (a family pool package is very reasonably priced!) - whether you're interested in running around or cooling down, Christmas Run has it all.

We love this park! The new playground is adaptive for kids with disabilities but is definitely still fun for kids of all abilities. There's lots of great stuff to climb on for kids which is great! Its surroundings are beautiful too!

I love the new park. It's not only fun to play on but also fun to build i helped build it with the boys and girls club of wooster. i love going down to the park and just walking around watching all the kids have fun and see the smilies on their faces and knowing that i made a difference. Yes, i do miss the old park but this park is safer and hopefully will have less bees and more kids from other cities will come to play at the park

This park has something new at every turn! The children will play for hours! Take time to discover the covered bridge for a great photo op!

Upgraded play center for kids, with woodsy theme. Nice paved walking loop around the play center. You can see your little kiddos playing within the play area from nearly any point, you might be sitting on bench or walking the loop
