  I just ordered flowers from here and they looked horrible. The delivery and staff were fine. However, the flowers were horrendous. I spent a lot of money and expected something similar to what was advertised. So I was completely floored when I was shown the arrangement. It wasn't even half as nice as what was in the picture. I feel I was completely ripped off. I will be writing a complaint to the business. If they try to make it up to my recipient, I will update this review. Otherwise, I will never use this shop again.

  The staff is friendly and helpful! They always have exactly what I need or can put something together to fit in a few minutes. Wonderful shop!

  I just used this flower shop... They SUCK!!! The flowers were old & they were nowhere near what I ordered!!! They also spelled "Speedy Recovery" wrong!!! Never again!!! From 1 to 5 stars they get a SUCK IT!!!

  I have used this florist numerous times, but after this experience they have definitely lost a customer. First they lied and stated they couldn't deliver the flowers because the patient was in ICU (which she never was and received other deliveries). Then they stated they tried delivering them and she was already discharged. Long story short they flowers were to be delivered on a Tuesday and just got to the person (Thursday) after I called and complained twice. I wish I could attach a picture, because the arraignment looks like a 1st grader threw the flowers in a vase!

  What a joke. I don't know how this place is still in business. Absolute dirt quality and shipping. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. And also suggest closing up shop.

  Hello I just use this company too order flowers not alone was they on time but got them inside of my spouse hotel room for me thanks a lot
