  My girlfriend and I have made it a special tradition to come to the Madison branch of Christian Louboutin every NYC trip. Most recently, on December 17. 2017, we were fortunate enough to work with Jose Bravo who was attentive and great at customizing the perfect red bottoms for any occasion Needless to say four pairs later, we are very satisfied with the 5star service, and look forward to coming back to our favorite Christian Louboutin store in the world.

  Customer service could be better. I was in the store 10/23 and i got 2 pair of shoes but the customer service sucks. .ill rather spend my money with gucci...i want to thank Jose for ur help because it wasn't for u i would had left.so thanks Jose Padilla ur the best person..the store needotr workers like u..

  Owen was extremely helpful. From the moment he saw us, he asked us if we wanted water, coffee, or champagne. He then made sure my GF was able to get the exact shoe she wanted shipped to NJ. Great experience. We will definitely come back when we're in the city

  Very good costumer service. Enough models and number of shoes. Every model I liked they had my number. Price was little higher than in Paris stores (30-40€).

  I was looking forward to purchasing my first pair of Pigalle last week on my girls trip to NYC. We walk in and it was 3 sales people at the register. One of them spoke and I began to look at shoes. No one ever asks if we needed help so after about 10 minutes, I got the shoe I wanted to try on and went to the register to ask for a size. Another young lady came over and she was very helpful but I had made my mind up I would not spend my money there. We had been touring the city that day, Please don't judge a book by its cover. Thanks for the water Monique

  My mom and I are here in NY for a week on vacations, this is our fourth time in the city . I wanted to try some Louboutin so we went to the store, it was an excellent experience, the staff very helpful and very kind. My mom gave me my first pair, I love them! I definitely will come back again. I loved to shop here 😊

  My boyfriend & I traveled from Pittsburgh, PA to NYC for my birthday. I thought this would be the perfect time to cross "owning a pair of Louboutins" off my bucket list so we headed to the Madison Avenue store.
  
  As soon as we entered the store, Erika Dominguez greeted us with a smile. Throughout our shopping experience, she was helpful, attentive & so much fun! I couldn't have been happier leaving the store in my new shoes! Thanks Erika for making our experience so memorable!
  
  Even the security guard joked with my boyfriend & took a picture with us on our way out. Overall, everyone was great & our experience was fabulous from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend this boutique!

  Wonderful service! I was not dressed very nice and I did not expect to go shopping here that day but everybody was welcoming and helpful and treated me great. I had an amazing experience and purchased my first pair of Louboutins!

  They definitely took care of me here. I needed help choosing a few pairs of heels for my girlfriend. The employees are beyond helpful. I'll definitely be back.
