  By far the best looking showroom for Chevrolet in the area. The body shop has done excellent work for me on many occasions. They do outstanding work. One time I had to give them a car to re- work the bodywork another shop had done and fixed it with no problem. The next time I am looking.for a new Chevy I will definitely be going back to give them my consideration.

  Thanks so much to Marty for all of his help today!!!! Thankfully my car was in good shape and not damaged from the pot holes!! I feel so much better. Plus my car was washed looking so clean I almost didn't recognize it! Thanks again! :-)

  Benito is the BEST service advisor. Professional, Patient, GREAT! Service, knowledgeable and he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Unlike another advisor there, she really tried to screw me over. I don't like to deal with anyone but Benito and it really sucks when I go there and find out he's off work or not available. Great guy, I'd hate to lose him as an advisor but he needs to be in management.

  They fit me in for a last-minute oil change. In addition to the oil change, they rotated the tires and checked several other areas. I was very impressed!

  For the most part, service has been excellent. I wasn't too pleased with service I recently had with my 2012 Chevy Cruze due to lack of communication regarding purchasing a battery for the car (brought the car in for service & was told I would need a new battery before winter - I asked for a battery to be made available when I picked up the car; when I showed up, no one knew what I was talking about, and I was told that it was possible that the battery already in the car may have been charged up enough to the point that I wouldn't need a new battery - however, the next day, the battery in my car was discharging, leaking, and bulging quite badly. This could have been avoided had appropriate communication taken place with respect to service manager leaving a battery for me to pick up, like I had asked).

  Customer service here is ALWAYS amazing!!!! Randy in service and Dave in parts are the absolute best!
  
  I have to add to this review. I had recently been having some issues with my traction control light coming on and going off. I took it to several dealerships in NYC and every place said the car was fine. I was finally able to bring my car back to Indiana and of course brought it to Christenson Chevrolet. Working with Anthony, and the amazing technicians they found the problem. As it turns out, it was my transmission control module. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that they wouldn’t be able to find my issue. These guys are truly my heros!

  Christenson Chevy is a wonderful place to for all your service needs! My representative was fast, efficient, professional, nice, and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their care. I will be returning in the future! I highly recommend going here for your next oil change/tire rotation needs!

  Working with Christenson Chevrolet was the best car/truck buying experience we have ever had. Alex was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We felt like we were part of the family and that he was going to get us the truck we wanted for the best price. :)

  In December I purchased a Chevy Equinox at Christenson Chevrolet. I was so impressed with everyone at this dealership, from the sales staff to the employees in the service department. Ron Gale and Cindy Shone were especially helpful, and they let me know that they would be available to answer my questions long after I drove off the lot. Christenson Chevrolet is the best dealership around!

  Mike, my service advisor, took care of the window issue I was having for my Colorado quickly and correctly. He and the technician even brought me to the shop to demonstrate that they could not duplicate the problem that I had brought it in for. Great job this time guys! I will personally ask to deal with Mike anytime I visit!

  I had to take my car in for a recall repair. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, they took all of my information, and then Mike, the service advisor, asked if I was going to wait. I asked if he knew how long it would take, and he said a couple of hours. I said I would come back for it, and he asked for my cell phone number to call when it was ready. They gave me t the option for text updates and kept me informed every step of the way. Two and a half hours later, my car was done and ready to go. I would definitely take my car here again for service due to the friendly people and fast service.
