  Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with our agent. He offered no advise or recommendations throughout the negotiation process and rescheduled appointments without making sure the time worked with our schedules. Overall, our experience with Rich was that he was uninvolved in our search from the start, and fundamentally did not understand what we were looking for in a home. He did not make an effort to ask any questions that would have helped him be a better agent. I absolutely would not recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Particularly not a good choice for a first time homebuyer who would need a more experienced and engaged agent who knows how to navigate the real estate industry. My advice is to listen to customers more, ask questions so you understand what they’re looking for, communicate in a timely manner, and absolutely do not reschedule anything without making sure the time works for your customer. Buying a home is a major investment, and having an advocate who is actively involved is why you work with a real estate agent. We did not have that and as a result the process was frustrating and incredibly stressful.

  Chris Gurnee Team helped me sell my house lately. The personnel was always approachable, helpful, and provided prompt assistance. Their online portal is simple to utilize. What a fantastic approach to save a ton of cash!

  A fraction of the price for excellent service. Excellent experience with the realtor. an extremely happy client. after listing, the house was sold in 3 days. The Chris Gurnee Team was a pleasure to work with and punctual and efficient. With sound guidance, assist in resolving any situation.

  I definitely suggest Chris Gurnee Team after using them! They were incredibly helpful and responsive, and the sale of my house could not have gone more smoothly from beginning to end! I avoided paying a seller's agent a LOT of money, and because to Chris Gurnee Team, I was able to sell the house on my own! YOU WILL NOT REGRET USING THEM!

  Working with the Chris Gurnee Team was an absolute pleasure. I listed my house with the Chris Gurnee Team at a significant financial savings. Every time I had a question, which was typically a fairly simple one, there was always someone there to patiently respond. The Chris Gurnee Team handled everything quickly, easily, and painlessly. I wish the Chris Gurnee Team will grow and be able to serve additional states. Chris Gurnee Team, keep up the good work.
