Service is fine, but the food isn’t. Very subpar and the sushi has made me sick before. Gagged on the salmon roll and couldn’t take another bite. Only thing I really did enjoy was the cream puffs and ice cream.

Food is good, but not labeled correctly. Lots of Japanese food but little Chinese fare.
    What was available was good.

The food was a lot better than I expected. The greenbeans are amazing! The staff was super sweet. The young lady in our section even helped our picky one year old to eat. Highly recommended this place.

Tons of options in the buffet. All truly awful. Seriously. Just about the only decent thing was the vanilla ice cream.

Talk about disgusting, the place is dark and musky smelling. The food had no flavor and was very rubbery. No crab legs to be found on the buffet, burnt frog legs, totally mislabled food, not to mention when leaving, after not eating, noticed flies all over salad bar. Tried.to address concerns with piss poor excuse for management and all she was concerned with was the bill being paid.
Don't waste your time or money stopping to eat here.

Food was overcooked and tasted freezer burnt. Management was very rude and didnt care to hear what we as customers had to say, just threw away 3 plates of food and was worried about money. She looked very unprofessional with numerous hickeys all over her neck. On a positive note the sweet tea was good.

It's an okay Buffet. The mushrooms were awesome. The lo mein wasn't bad. Some of the food didn't taste quit as fresh. Sushi wasn't that great and the chicken on a stick was undercooked. But the price was good. 2 adult buffets was $18.78. The staff was nice. Service good.

So this was the most spacious and prepared buffet I've ever been in. The food was spectacular and the service was well above par. 10/5 wanna eat again while I'm alive.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVER!!!
Chow Town? More like take me out back and shoot me so I don't have to eat here Town. One of the most uncomfortable and disgusting dining experiences of My life.
The reason we decided to go was because the reviews here said that "It changed my life." And "Chow Town has restored my faith in Chinese Buffets" In reality it was a nightmare in heating bowls.
It all started when we drove up and saw the decor of the building. It has a strange Greek style pavilion covering part of the parking lot. And that should've been our first clue. From there the nightmare on Chow Town Street only got worse.
Once inside the waitress seated us next to the bathroom and you could smell them from a mile away. We asked to move and she begrudgingly agreed. Once we were seated we began the arduous process of grabbing our food and eating.
All the dishes were stale and every one of them seemed to have been sitting out for more than a few hours. Even when I saw them take new dishes out, they tasted stale and chewy.
The only redeemable part of this buffet was the Hibachi and even then the selection for the things to have the cook Hibachi was very small. And when asked if they had more of any of the items we were treated as if we were stupid for asking.
DO NOT GO HERE! EVER. If google had a 0/5 I would give it.

Chow Town has restored my faith in buffets. The selection is large and the ability to personalize my own stir fry and do so repeatedly is nothing short of supernatural. After I satiated my hunger with the endless carnivorous mountains I selected, I then discover a seemingly interminable selection of sushi. My chop sticks have never been worked so hard before. I will be back with the swiftness of Olympic champions. Thank you for this dining experience.

This restaurant changed my life! The food was the best thing that I have ever placed in my mouth. The selection is more diverse than Disney world's Epcot. The sauces will make you believe in hope again. It cured my hunger but more than that it healed my very soul. So thank you Chow Town you have made my life the best ever! I feel reborn! THANK YOU!
