They were very professional and courteous. They had our chimney done within a few days of my request.

I called Choice Chimney and Ricky was super nice and was able to come to my home within a very reasonable time frame. When he came, he was professional, answered questions without judgement and was still super nice. He lets you know each and every step of process. I will place him on speed dial😉

The technician Ricky arrived on time. He was very careful in protecting the floor while servicing the fire place. He explained what he was doing. Overall a great experience.

Appreciate detailed quote stating work to be done and providing pictures. Will watch to confirm water leaking is fully sealed off. Looks good so far!

This contractor and their employees have been extremely professional and responsive. There was a follow-up visit needed and the visit was scheduled promptly, with a path to successful resolution of the problem identified.
