This location is extremely stingy with portions. If I'm getting a veggie bowl and you're giving me two tablespoons worth of rice I'm basically paying 7 bucks for literally nothing. I've been to numerous normal portioned chipotles and this one is particularly bad. Even after asking for extra rice they had like a teaspoon. That's the only starch in the bowl and their portion limits are terrible. I'd rather drive an extra twenty minutes and go to the one on Dale Mabry

Terrible… It wasn’t good… They ran out a iced tea but more importantly when I asked about it they gave me a snide remark. I followed up with, “I’m not good with that“ and asked for a refund. The young lady at the register curtly requested my receipt which I had already thrown away. After she took her sweet time I finally received my refund and left. The rest of the staff seemed entertained by the young ladies comments she was making under her breath. I️ was not so happy.

Food is normally always good. I also order delivery or online and pick up myself. One time my whole order was cold. Love their burritos. New queso cheese was disgusting won't order that again. Restaurant tables are never clean when I have picked up my orders.

This is one of the worst Chipotle restaurant in Tampa. I once knew somebody that had a bandage on top of their bowl while they took the bowl out of the bag. That person had to go back with proof that they found the bandage in the bag. Yet, the staff never agreed that the bandage came from one of their staff members that was at the cash register. Another time, they had severe outages from their menu , and they still kept the food at the same price even though half the ingredients were missing. Not to mention they kept the restaurant open during these outages only to fool their customers.

I was not happy about my visit today. The workers were not friendly, guacamole fell on the counter and the worker picked it up and placed it right back in the guac bin!!! The cashier had a lipstick kiss on her right hand, which I thought was gross. The worker that prepped my bowl tapped my rice with her hands...I'm not sure why? I usually go to the Chipotle in New Tampa and I went to this location for convenience and I will never go back, this is my third bad experience.

Not sure why I bother. Seems that some of the "in charge" employees are a bit inept. Oh ,there are six people waiting to be cashed out? Let me restock the cold drinks while they are waiting on me, while i work in pajama pants. To finally get rung up and not sure if everything is good as she begins a conversation with another intelligent person. She ignores me while I ask multiple times are we good.

How about an actual manager oversee things, maybe have two people man the registers during the lunch rush, not just "pajama pants". The employees that have some sort of awareness, can only sit by and shake their head at the intelligent individuals holding things up.

Better to order your stuff online wait is too long. Also order a water cup because it's huge and a regular large fajita is great for a cheap option.

Food has always been decent quality. However, they've begun cutting back significantly on the amount of food they give you. Last time I visited, it was comical (literally) how little of everything (not just meat) they put in my bowl.

Chipotle is almost always great, this location just seemed to skimp on everything, doing their best to not give you a full portion

The lines are always much longer due to its location near the university, but orders are always correct and the staff is very kind and considerate

I'm a big Chipotle fan, simply for the fact that it is one of the few fast food chains that I can eat at, however, I avoid this specific location as much as I possibly can. The location is incredibly convenient for USF students, and this causes it to be extraordinarily busy, and the service is never as fast as expected. The location is clean, but they often skimp on portion size, and asking for anything extra (tortillas on the side, extra sauce, etc) is often meet with eye rolls and an unpleasant attitude.

I love Love Love this place. The food at this location is Fresh 99% of the time, and the lines move fairly quickly. My favorite place to eat.
