  I have used Pam's Professional Cleaning for many years. They have arrived many early summers at my summer home near Meredith, NH and opened it before I arrived from the west coast. After sitting for 9 months closed up, Pam's Cleaning were the first to enter up my cottage, clean 9 months of mouse waste, wash the cupboards, and clean that cottage from top to bottom, moving furniture, making up the beds and making it perfect for my arrival. They are TOP notch, meticulous and the best in the business. I would not trust any other company to open up my lake house, arrange my things, etc than this wonderful team--licensed and insured.

  For 3 years, they have proven that they are the best. We rent out our 11 room family home on Lake Winnipesaukee on a weekly basis with a Saturday change over of guests. We have a 5 hour window to get everything perfect for the next guest. At times renters may not have vacated on schedule or left the house a complete disaster. If the house isn't perfect the VRBO and AirBNB guests will immediately post you in a review. We have never had a review mentioning the house not being perfectly clean. Pam & Tim have always been timely, courteous and professional even in challenging situations. Tim communicates extremely well - In the offseason we have an extremely variable cleaning schedule, working around a rental schedule of primarily 2-3 day blocks. Tim has been perfect. We tried a few other cleaning companies prior. We were fortunate that Tim was able to fit us into his customer schedule.

  We have used Pams cleaning Service for 2 plus years and can not say enough positive things about our experience. My in laws who are retired and still have the most incredible work ethics of any two people I know say the most positive thing about Pam and the team every time they come through. They meet their standards every time. Also they are very accommodating if we have schedule changes we need to make occasionally. When we have friends stay at the house and comment how clean it is. We take the credit even though a large part is Pam’s team sorry Pam and Tim.

  Pam and her Team have cleaned our home for over five years. They are absolutely amazing. They consistently do a great job and always find something a little extra to do each visit. As we have small children and pets (germ factories), they systematically make sure those "frequently touched" surfaces are cleaned.
  
  During a time when we moved and changed houses, they adjusted their schedules to help me get our new home ready for us and to help me clean our old house before the closing.
  
  I don't know how our family and household would run without Pam and her Team. They are fabulous!

  Pam's Professional Cleaning Service manages our rental house cleaning after each renter checks-out, and they do a great job of thoroughly cleaning the place and making sure the house is sparkling clean and ready for the next renters.
  
  We called Pam's when we were transitioning our property manager arrangements and needed to get cleaning arrangements sorted out ASAP and Tim was extremely accommodating and incredibly helpful!
  
  I'd recommend Pam's for anyone needing a cleaning service for their house.
