Jeremy did a great job of explaining what was going on inside of our fireplace. We just moved into the house and have never had a fireplace before. Fantastic attention to detail. Loved that I was able to see the inside of the chimney via a video camera they sent up. Would recommend them.

The cleaning was very thorough. The inspector came and showed us pictures of our liner and crown showing what needed fixed and explaining the processes required to fix them. I feel informed about the condition of my chimney and my options to move forward. We were able to get our liner painted after he cleaned it.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Chimney Works. Jeremy Woods, the young man with whom we had our first meeting, also completed our much- needed chimney work. He knew exactly what was wrong, explained it to us in detail, showed us pictures of damage from an apparent chimney fire and gave us an estimate for what needed to be done.

He arrived with another young man who is learning the business. They worked diligently, virtually non stop for hours. I cannot imagine anyone with more stamina. They cleaned up debris and removed all scraps from inside chimney.

Needless to say, we were very pleased with the work and the young men who were polite, hard working and actually two great young men! Thanks to Jeremy and Ricky.

Jeremy is very experienced, kind, honorable and knowledgeable about his job. He is always very thorough and patient as he answers questions. I want Jeremy to continue to take care of our stove and fireplace but the scheduling needs to be improved. Our only complaint is that they never showed for our first appointment. After calling them, somehow they had us on the schedule for another day that was not discussed. We rescheduled for today, but by the time they showed up it was about 15 min outside the window they offered. We like that Jeremy kept us informed of his arrival time but it is frustrating to be stuck waiting. In the future we hope to get this squared away so we can better plan our days. Thanks for your help.

We purchased our home in the spring; with winter coming we thought it "better safe than sorry" and decided to have our chimney checked out. The advertisement for Chimney Works caught my eye in our local advertisement magazine, especially the discount for having a chimney inspection during October - Fire Prevention month. Ben with Chimney Works was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issues he found during the video inspection. Ben also provided Several detailed options to remedy to our issues. We were very pleased with his service and would highly recommend Chimney Works to family, friends and neighbors.
