  Talked to Tony on the phone because I was concerned with some black smoke coming from my chimney. He didn’t feel it needed to be cleaned due to its age and he walked me through steps that he thought might be the issue rather than just taking my money and cleaning the chimney. That’s an honest businessman and I will 100% be using him in the future if I have any chimney issues. He’s earned my trust and business.

  Spoke with Tony multiple times to try and have him come to my home to inspect my chimney. I had work done by another entity and wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out. Called chimney genie and spoke with Tony who sounded really nice and knowledgeable. Tony asked me to send him photos of my current set up and what problems I was experiencing. I did that twice, asked Tony if he would be available to come on by and give me an estimate. Practically throwing money at him because I wanted to have access for the upcoming cold weather. Didn’t hear back from him and he never scheduled an appointment with me. Pretty upsetting especially since they are highly rated on google and are located not too far from where I reside.
  
  Can’t comment on the work they do, can only say I was never visited or given the opportunity for an estimate.

  My fireplace needed a do over after a storm hit our area. It was actually a last minute decision to check Chimney Genie as most of the guys we called were either too busy or decided not to take the job when they saw our fireplace. These guys however took the job without hesitation and even went back a couple of time to really assess the damage. Now it's as good as new!

  Tony responded to my initial phone call right away. He was pleasant and professional on the phone.
  We made an appointment convenient to me.
  On arrival Tony and crew were extremely nice they started working quickly
  Joel who was one of the crew members walked me through everything that he was going to do.
  They worked very efficiently were clean and cleaned up after themselves. After sweeping my fireplace chimney and my furnace chimney there was no evidence of any soot
  They also repaired some minor issues with my burner chimney
  Great job
  I highly recommend!

  Tony is such a great guy. 2 years ago, I was really down on my luck. Lost my job of 18 years, house was in foreclosure at the time, etc. Tony came by and cleaned my chimney, cleaned up his mess and absolutely refused any payment. Also, he has continued to give advice on many ways I can save money.
  
  Tony is an excellent worker, clean, honest and reliable. He stands by his word and is a dying breed of good spirited, good business and good people skills.
  
  Thank you for your dedication, commitment and just being a kind-hearted human.
  
  I recommend Chimney Genie. 5-Star quality and treatment. Please treat these guys right because I know they will treat you right.
