  Our server was very nice and was on top of drink refills and we didn't wait long at all for our food to come out. The chicken wings were yummy! No complaints.

  Poor customer service and bad management!
  My family sit for 20 minutes without a waiter coming to the table to greet us. The restaurant was half full and appeared to have enough employees walking around. Employees hit the wall serveral times with high chairs that shared my seat. Even when we decided to leave without being served the greeter did not say have a nice day, she just kept looking at her phone.

  Lovely service. Ask for Kat. Food came out timely, right temperature, as ordered, and was surprisingly good, given some of the reviews here. Chili's has recently revamped some of their menu. Maybe that accounts for the difference? Don't know, but we had a nice time, despite some questionable outfits & actions from other diners (mini-booty shorts and ragged tank tops in a family restaurant? Nope, thanks). Pricey for a mid-range chain but definitely one of the better Chili's out here on the island.

  This Chili's is okay. I've come here a few times. It gets really packed at night and the line and wait can get long.. It's a little more empty before dinner so that's around the best time to go.
  I ordered the sunrise burger... it was ok. Nothing spectacular.
  
  Kids had the keiki burgers meal, which was two burger bites, a bowl of tangerines/fruit, and fruit punch.
  
  Wife had the triple combo with burger bites, southwest rolls, and chicken wings. Should be just stick with this for both of us.
  
  I also had a jalapeno rita. Which was surprisingly really good. A little too sweet.
  
  All in all, it was okay. Server was pretty attwntive. Usually no problem with the servers.

  Food was so/so. I got the sirloin steak and it was ok. I tried ordering French fries but they gave me mashed potatoes instead which I didn't think was very consistent- seemed lumpy in the middle. Broccoli was good, but some of it was sitting in the steak juices which was too salty for my taste.
  The service was iffy. The girl at the front desk seemed completely disinterested and possibly annoyed at me; but the bar tender was pretty cool. To give them some defense it was pretty busy in there.
  I don't usually go to sit-down joints much, so was hoping for a nicer experiences. I think I'll pass on this one from now on.

  I like this as a place to eat and especially like it when they run specials or share their coupons with people in the neighborhood. If you like to watch games on television with a group of people, do not miss your opportunity to go to Chili's. Their food is always good. I never thought I would say that about a chain.

  Employee of this restaurant came speeding into the Town Center of Mililani parking lot at 6:30 a.m., flying around a blind corner at the corner Starbucks and came within inches of hitting us. Instead of stopping, she had the gall to turn even tighter around us to make a parking stall in front of the coffee shop. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what she had done, flouncing in to get her morning fix.
  
  Happened to catch her parking for work a few minutes later in a prime customer stall. She recognized us from our near collision across the lot, and took the opportunity to stick her nose even higher in the air as she strode into the Chili’s side entrance.
  
  This review will likely not stand, but I hope her colleagues or ideally her bosses see it, at least. Asian woman in her 30s driving a black Toyota pickup, Hawaii license plate SGA108.

  Very disappointed as my friend got the steak and shrimp meal, first steak wasn'trare, had to sent it back. Second steak was touch to even cut, aspargus was not cooked enough. Only thing that was good were the 2 beers. For a total check of $50.00 I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  We had a late lunch here yesterday and it was pretty busy for that time with only 2 people waiting tables my husband and I would like to give a huge thanks to our waitress Courtney she was obviously very busy but yet she was fast and 100% on top of things she also stayed polite and happy towards our table when our toddler was screaming his head off! Thank you Courtney for your amazing service!
