  The food is usually good for a chain. The new menu is way better than the old. They get who they are and need to remain what they were in the beginning. Service is hit or miss.

  My wife and I came to eat and as soon as we walked in there were 10 tables we spotted that were available and we still had a 20 min wait. All because the hostess was playing on his phone. Then as we were seated it took 10 mins for a waitress to say anything to us at all. Plus my pregnant wife ordered shrimp and steak and they both were cold. I will not be going back until these things are addressed

  Chili's is one of my most favorite places to eat and my kids love it as well. I gave this location 4 stars due to the wait time alone. I usually have to wait a good amount of time for food to come out in a timely manner. Sometimes the apps come out more chilled than warm but luckily the drinks are strong! Great staff!

  Chilis is one of those places that are just the same no matter where you go. In would appreciate the prices being adjusted to the quality of food though. It's not bad, but I don't feel like it's possible to get your money's worth.

  Nice atmosphere today my regular waitress (Alexandria) was off today, although Alley was nice to me as well. Good lunch good service

  One of the few places that were open on Sunday that served alcohol. We sat at the bar and the bartender was rude. Just not friendly. She tried to be nice, but I feel it was just her personality. Left without eating.

  The service was slow and several glasses were not properly washed. The staff was nice and the food was good, but the service could be faster.

  It's a chain, but a good one. Their margaritas are some of the best I've ever had. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you get excellent service; sometimes it's quite awful. You never know what you're gonna get. The food: it's declined in quality over the years, but it's still good.

  Another long time favorite that's going downhill quckly. The place just puts out a dingy outdated vibe and the food the last few times has been mediocre and served lukewarm.

  I am giving them a slight break because we were there on Mother's Day. However, when the hostess finally acknowledged us, the table wasn't clean, appetizers came before we got silverware, salad was not fresh (as in the lettuce etc seemed a couple of days past their prime) and the entrees were just okay. Not exactly the greatest, but it could have been the day.
