Delicious food, excellent service from waitress, server ice been at this location before once and also had a very pleasant experience. Even the manager came out to check on us ans gave us a appetizer because of a mistake they did. Will definitely continue to visit here.

WENT IN LAST NIGHT FOR SUNDAY DINNER AND DRINKS WITH A FRIEND AND I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AND THE WORST ATTITUDE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM WAITRESS NAMED HANNAH, SHE RUDELY CAME OVER AND LET US KNOW THAT WE COULDN'T SIT AT THE BOOTH WE WERE IN BECAUSE IT WASN'T SELF SEATING, THEN CONTINUED TO SAY IT WAS OK AND SHE TOSSED MENUS ONTO OUR TABLE AND WALKED AWAY. DEFINITELY NOT THE SALTY ASS VIBE WE WANTED RIGHT BEFORE TRYING TO RELAX AND ENJOY DRINKS AND DINNER! WE THEN DECIDED TO DISMISS OURSELVES AND WALK OVER TO THE BAR AREA AND SEAT OURSELVES THERE. WE WERE KINDLY GREETED BY A DIFFERENT WAITRESS AND THEN WHEN WE WERE READY TO ORDER WAITRESS WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, ENDED UP DECIDING TO JUST LEAVE AND TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE, THIS WAS THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A WHILE, AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

When we went the servers were Friendly and checked in with us frequently. The food took awhile to get out but we had a lot of people. Would definitely go again.

Friendly service! The food was good. I suggest the enchilada soup or the boneless wings. One of the best places in Hemet.

My husband and I enjoy their strawberry lemonade and fajitas. Time before last, we left because we could not get service. Today, we feared the same and were walking out the door when the manager, Gilbert stopped us an convinced us to stay. I am glad we did. The waitress, Sarah, was very attentive and wonderful. We will try it again; hopefully, they will have their greeting problem solved. My husband suggested that the bartender or wait staff place drink coasters on the table if they are busy and let new customers know they were acknowledged. That way, they know if someone has not been "touched", if there is not coaster.

Took them 20 minutes to finally take our order. Food was brought late and not all at the same time. I ordered stake with a side of Mac and cheese which was brought once I was done eating and we were getting ready to leave. Asking for utensils which never were brought, and for them to correct a drink order the server got wrong warranted snide remarks from the server.

Waiters are nice but service is slow. Seated a little after 3. Served food at 4:45

Great food. Staff always do best to ensure you're taken care off. Plus cheese fries!

It is a Chili's, which means you can get out of the heat and have a cold beer, taking in a game on one of the many TV's broadcasting the day's most-important events. There is restaurant seating, but we mainly come here for the happy-hour experience. Locals flock to this location for the dependably tasty food and ice-cold tasty beverages. The menu has a rotating offerings, so even regulars are can choose seasonal variety. Life is short, have a beer and Chili's.
