  Really terrible experience. Server in bar had no clue what they had or didn't have. I.e. No knowledge of what the well drink options were for happy hour. Didn't know what ingredients were in a kamikaze or lemon drop and had to double check with the bartender for everything. Also the wait time for drinks or even draft beers was totally unreasonable, claiming they were "slammed" when in fact the entire restaurant and bar was completely dead. The food came out pretty quickly, but half of our group got a stomach bug from something we ate there. Not that I ever expect much from a Chili's, but this was just bad.

  Food was good service not great. Server seemed high, my drink was forgotten then when I ask for it I get it in a dirty cup. Everything we asked for took him forever to bring then he wouldn’t pick up plates that were empty and if he did would only grab the smallest one.

  There were a lot of tables empty and I still have to wait 25 minutes to be seated... a family of 4 left bc they waited longer than us n got mad like us... I would totally understand if there were no empty tables and the restaurant were busy but not in this case... i dont know if the hostess are lazy or the waitress as well... not satisfy at all... not good service!!!!!

  Don't do a carside to go pick up order. They don't even go over the order with you, just hand you the bag and you end up having to go in there anyways because they don't give you all the proper condiments you asked for. Never again

  Excellent service, big portions & magnificent desserts! A bit cold with the cranked up AC - so bring a jacket. Great spot without a long wait.

  One of the best chili's I have eaten at yet. Food was really good and our server was super sweet . Will eat here again

  Not impressed. Restaurant was not busy and had tables available but still had to wait. Tables and floor were dirty, service was slow and food was not appetizing. I had a gift card to use so that's the reason we went. Will not go back to Chili's in Moreno Valley.

  Good food. Nice smallish desserts now. Efficient waitresses. I got the lunch chipotle bowl with soup and my wife's salad. Walked out full and satisfied

  Food was really good and service friendly. Good atmosphere and clean dining area and the bathroom was nice too! Only complaint was having to ask for a water refill after waiting 5 or 10 minutes for a waiter to come out of the back of house. Otherwise, a really good experience.

  I love chili's everyone that knows me know I love this place. Love there food and my girl bartender. After coming here for years I'm not sure if it's me and my healthy eating habits. But there garlic bread and some of there food was a bit to to salty for me. Please take it easy on the salt... But overall this is my go to place for sports and drinks. 💋

  Went there for my granddaughter's birthday party New Year's Eve. Alot of people were their and there were twenty-five of us ..But the food was great but most of all our waiter was Awesome he did that job and some I believe if you could have cooked the food and then serve it he would have He was Awesome ... 😃😃😃

  Me and my wife came here after a bad experience at another chilis off of Alessandro and man did the bar tender make our night much better she was on it never had to ask for anything she was on point will definitely come here more
