Description
Welcome to the Child & Adolescent Clinic! We are a group of 11 pediatricians, 4 pediatric nurse practitioners, and over 40 support staff that serve as medical home to the children and teens from Longview - Kelso to Vancouver, Washington.
Established in 1978, we have grown tremendously in the past couple of decades, but one thing has not changed—we remain committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

It's that time of year again, time for those sports physical forms! Is your child playing Fall sports? If so, you will likely need a sports physical form signed and turned in prior to practice. We are getting a high volume of sports forms right now so please allow 2-3 business days for completion.

If Dr. Abell was listed as your primary care doctor with Molina, you may have received a letter from Molina telling you that they have changed your child's Primary Care to another clinic.
As a parent YOU choose your child's health care provider, not your insurance company! Your child will continue care at Child & Adolescent Clinic with a pediatrician of your choice with no interruption. If your child needs to be seen, please call us. We look forward to continuing your child's care with Child and Adolescent Clinic.
We are working with Molina to reverse the reassignment of your child. This was an oversight on Molina's part. When Dr. Abell retired, rather than re-assigning patients to one of our other pediatricians, they mistakenly assigned them to other clinics.
Thank you again for trusting Child and Adolescent Clinic for your child's health care. We look forward to many years together.

We had a great time at Fire in The Park this last Saturday. 🚲 Once the children completed their passports they came to learn bike safety at our station and receive their free bike helmets. It was a blast! Do you know the proper hand signals to let others know you are turning left, right, or stopping while riding a bike? ⬅️➡️🛑 #Fireinthepark

We will be closing at 4:30pm today and will remain closed over the weekend for some much needed construction. We will have a Pediatrician on call as well as the after hours nurse line if you need help. Sorry for any inconvenience.
