  Only local mechanics able to fit me in the day I called where as the numerous others told me they were booked for the week. Had my car back and running the very next day! Absolutely fair pricing for their work, great at communicating, and overall a wonderful experience getting my car's issues resolved so quickly. Definitely recommend!

  I was referred to Dan at Chico Car Care by somebody I trust in the auto sales industry. I had a car I bought used have a check engine light issue that had some worrisome symptoms associated with it. The intake person was very thorough in taking notes on what was going on with the vehicle. Dan took his time diagnosing the issue using many methods (including test drives) to pinpoint the issue. He repaired it all for what I consider a fair price. He test drove it several times after the repair to ensure it wouldn’t repeat the issue. He even sent a checkup text a day or two after I picked it up yo make sure it was still performing. I would rate the experience a 10/10. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

  I had a diagnostic done on my hybrid Toyota Prius that had warning lights on and the report was thorough and looked at the codes and identified the problems. It included all of the cars systems and I was very impressed
  I had taken it to Toyota and they gave me a one page bill that was $350. and the only thing it said was that I had a bad hybrid battery.
  Chico car Care charged $110. less and checked everything on the vehicle.
  Toyota should send their diagnostic team to Chico Car Care for training!!!!

  Quick, reliable and supportive! I love the Uber services so I can continue on with my day and the newest diagnostics links via text to have records, screenshot to my partner and approve work to be done. I feel valued as a customer with Chico Car Care!!

  My 2000 Lexus RX300 had the check engine light on for a long time. Dan was able to fix it, change my spark plugs, fix my sunroof leak due to drains being clogged, changed my cabin air filter and did a full inspection. He did all of this within 24 hours of dropping the car off.
  
  I had originally gone to him in 2011 to fix the same car and he was awesome! It was Easter weekend and I was trying to get home. He went the extra mile to find me a reasonable and affordable part. I highly recommend Dan and Chico Car Care! 5 stars and we will be back!:)
  
  PS he even gave us a Christmas gift bag with yummy Trader Joe’s items in it!!
