Never had the sweet tea right twice, one time it's sugar water another is practically unsweet. The staff is nothing but 18 yr Olds wearing denim underwear as shorts. I see people order food after me and get it before me (8 piece tender dinner), and even then it's barely warm (poor staff or low heat lamps which is a food safety issue). Just beware.

The only reason I go to this location is because it is the closest to my home. The chicken tenders are crispy about 50% of the time. I don't think I've ever seen a staff member here smile. If you decide to dine in, be prepared to clean a table for yourself. If you decide drive through, do not drive away without checking your order. They will often forget something.

Great experience on 7/11 at 6pm, pulled off the frwy due to traffic and stopped at this location. A young man provided awesome customer service! He was very patient and helpful to a new employee and ensured my food was prepared right. He pointed out before I did that livers were not a full order and he asked the cook to make more to complete it. Don't know if he was a manager or leader bit he should be. Very pleasant personality

I come here often. I used to love going, and it's usually pretty fast if I just order the strips and mashed potatoes. However, my husband loves the fried pickles, so that usually means I'm in line or waiting for 20 minutes. Now I'm not sure how many people eat their fried pickles dry, but I usually eat them with ranch. It is too hard for the workers to remember this fact. I say it when I order at the speaker, I remind when I hand them my card, and when I finally get my food No where to be found. I always have to go in to get something else. What's the point of the drive through if I still have to go in?
I am done with this location. The strips were over cooked, the ranch ordeal, and a missing roll. I can handle one or two occurrences, but overall incompetence, I cannot handle.

I visit a Chicken Express often for their real Texas sweet tea. It's amazing.
This local wouldn't give me ice in a cup though. She said they "weren't allowed."

The food always takes long. The "kids" have not been taught proper customer service. They're either real dry, or rude. I've watched people walk outside to deliver food, then go right back in and begin cooking. Not cool. The leadership needs a makeover to help run the associates.

This Chicken Express is the best one in town in my opinion. I come here every day for four large cups of ice. I don't really eat the chicken anymore as I am on a diet but their chicken is always fresh and if you like spicy ask for their spicy serendipity. What I love the most about this Chicken Express is the people that work there. I feel right at home here and these folks are always so friendly and obliging!

Had an hour to kill so I drove to this conveniently located Chicken E. The wait time for my food was very short and the food was exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and the inside was clean with unobtrusive decor. Great store, great staff, would recommend!
