Super helpful. Was able to fit me in even when there were appointments scheduled close by. Appointments definitely recommended. They call and send postcards to make sure all the vaccines are up to date.

Took both my new kitties in, the staff was very caring and the vet was very helpful for a new cat owner. The price was fair and I have nothing but good feelings. We will definitely be returning.

Dr. Gross is by far the best, most compassionate vet I have ever met. I've gone to him for years and there is no one else I would ever trust to take care of my pets more than him. He always goes above and beyond to help. I HIGHLY recommend Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness and Surgical Center.

This is my first and only vet, so I don't have much for comparison, but not knowing who to choose initially, I feel I made a good choice. The doc is a good dude, who definitely cares about animals and they have been very accommodating if I need to come in on short notice, get a prescription, ect. I even moved 20 more minutes away and still go here.

The staff is so nice and welcoming. I was a walk in because of my yorkie having a problem, they took great care to add us in so he could be helped. The vet was great, no unnecessary testing and explained everything at great length. Even left instructions if something happened while he was away on vacation, so the staff could help if things got worse. It was refreshing to visit a vet who really cared .

Best Vet in the burgh! My wife and I have been to quite a few vets in the area. This is by far the most comfortable, personable and affordable clinics around without sacrificing service or expertise. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the very best vet around. One of the very best if not the very best vet I ever used. He has helped my pets thru so much. He is intelligent, compassionate, patient, & kind. I highly recommend this vet's office.

Steven gross is an awesome vet, A+++ he has been taking wonderful care of our animals for years! He has come late at night to help our elder dog when it was his time. He has taken us last minute, when our cat was ill. In every situation he has taken time to explain and talk to us with understanding and kindness. He really knows animals! We trust him 100% with our fur babies. Couldn't find a better vet! We will never go to anyone else. Thanks for taking such great care of everyone's animals (:

I took my dog in because he hurt his leg. The doc took some x-rays and advised me that it was s damaged ligament. While he could have recommended surgery (it's a potential fix) he instead recommended time and some medication (anti-inflammatory and pain meds). He could have easily recommended the more expensive option of surgery, but he was straight with me which I appreciate. They also offer a veteran's discount so that is a plus for me. They were quick, courteous, and friendly.

The employees change every few weeks and nobody seems to know what they are doing. They tried to over vaccinate my puppy. I don't know if it was to get more money out of me or they just don't know how many he should have. I'll never go back.

I love this vet. Spacious waiting room, and the staff got people into exam rooms quickly to help keep animals separate. Steve (Dr. Gross) is very easy to talk to and answers all of your questions without you feeling rushed. His interaction with my dog was wonderful, and she was in and out with her tail wagging the whole time.

The only reason I went with (4) stars was inside of the exam room (where we waited for the vet) there was a 2 ft. tall trash can full of bloody paper towels and such, right at dog level (without even a lid) Not only gross, but unsanitary and unsafe for the pooch.

I will most certainly be going back here, and hope that they change the trash bags :)
