Great mountain biking trails here! New trails recently added with lots of trail candy - wooden bridges and berms, rock obstacles and jumps. Lovely views in the fall.

The waterfall is beautiful. It's a great place for hiking or biking, lots of trails. Just thought the entrance fee was a bit much.

It's a very pretty park but it is almost entirely designed for mountain biking. The waterfall is man made but still respectable in appearance. I took puppies which turns out are not made for rocks and hills. Good park overall. Bring a mountain bike.

This is a beautiful well maintained state park. I love to hike to the waterfall. They also have tent camping and cabins. It is a beautiful place to visit for a small entry fee.

A really nice state park. Alabama is a bit different than most other states we've visited where you can get a annual pass for all of the state's parks but Alabama charges per park if there is a fee. This park is worth the small fee. The waterfall area is something you have to see if you go to the park.

It is truly beautiful here it's unfortunate that the rain waters had contaminated the lake so much we couldn't even canoe. We missed out on the falls and the slow paced amenities due to inclement weather. Maybe we'll be able to return and enjoy ourselves much more next time when our kids are a little older.

Expensive admission price, no military price. Lots of broken glass pieces on the trails. Beautiful scenery, and quiet even on a busy Saturday in June. Leashed dogs are welcome, but there's no area for them to get water (lake isn't safe because of the seasonal floodong).

Scenery was great, park is very clean. They even have a floating dock with a 12 ft. diving board. Admission price was jacked up this year to $4 a person though. Paddle boats, canoes, and cabins are available to rent. Decent bathrooms, several benches and tables throughout. You can even camp ! Great place all together, I would of given 5 star if the entry/camp fees weren't so expensive, after all. it is public land being funded by taxpayers.
