  I have worked at the same company for almost 18 years and Chet's has been our locksmith for more than that. Great guys and always willing to help! I would recommend Chet's to anyone!

  Mark was fantastic. Very helpful and since it was a new home, he charged me a little less. He took his time to make sure things were correct, which was awesome because every single one of the doors was slightly off. He fixed all of them. Would definitely use them again.

  I'm a small-time handyman, and I do volunteer maintenance for two organizations. Frequently, a job i'm doing involves a lock and key in some way. Maybe it's replacing a broken lock, maybe updating, maybe just getting extra keys. Chet's is my "go-to" place for anything to do with locks and keys.they have never let me downkey copies work every time, prices seem fair, and they give good advice

  This was the second time in the last year or so that I've come in to have keys made. This time I had to return to have additional service done to the keys since they didn't work. The heavy set man at the counter whom I've been told is Chet has always been difficult to deal with. He acts as if he really doesn't like customer service. This last time when I returned because the keys didn't work he told me that there was nothing more he could do unless I brought in the lock for him to look at. I felt all along that the blanks he used were wrong. When I asked him to double check them he was dismissive of my concern.
  I chose to go to a competitor in a different part of town rather than to bring in the lock (which wasn't an option under my circumstances). The other store confirmed the blanks were wrong, cut the new keys for me and they worked perfectly. The real problem for me wasn't that he made a mistake. It was his attitude which was dismissive and arrogant. I feel great that I found another locksmith I can rely on who is much easier and more helpful. I don't recommend Chet's. You can do better.

  These guys are good eggs. I have been to Chet's multiple times over the years for a variety of issues from getting keys copied, to opening my grandfather's steamer trunk. They give good service, sell quality products and have given me many dollars worth of good-natured free advice.
