Good service..thorough. pleasant knowledgeable front desk employees..courteous and helpful
I have purchased tires from Cheshire Tire for both of our Toyota's over the past couple of years. We've always received great customer service. The Team behind the counter all do a great job. We had a set of Michelle's wear prematurely and they took care of the warranty paperwork and hooked us up with new tires.
I get all my tires here, and have always had great service.
Great place to have work done on your car! Comfortable waiting room, clean restroom, and never a problem with the work they do.
Friendly, respectful employees are helpful and accommodating!
I've been a customer for 3 or 4 years, now, and have never had a problem.
Scammers and rip-offs. Took moms car there for an oil change + inspection sticker. After around 2 hours of waiting, they tell us we have a crack in our exhaust. We ask them how much it will cost. $500 without even including labor in that price WTF? So I end up having to argue with them for the next 10 minutes because they try to tell me I am not allowed to drive my vehicle seem it's not passing inspection.. Well, I had 10 days to get inspected and literally had to argue with them to get my car back. I went and took it to a trusted mechanic a few days later and he was able to weld up the crack which Cheshire Tire said was not possible to do for literally $100 including labor. I'd suggest to stay away from these guys. They are scammers.
I was treated very poorly. Complete disregard for customer requests. Mechanic had front wheels off and was re installing lug nuts with a 3/4 inch impact gun with a plain old chrome (non impact) socket.professional. I asked him please don't use the impact gun when he proceeded to over torque them on with it anyway. After the manager came out he pretended to use a torque wrench to finish them. As I was leaving it was noted that my truck was now leaking gas, problem is that it wasn't when I pulled in. There was corrosion around fuel filter they scraped at with a screwdriver. Mechanic failed my truck for "not using the correct gauge sheet metal to cover a rust hole on the rocker panel". He said "I do it by the book". Is tightening lug nuts to nearly 200 ft lbs. when it should be 125 ft lbs. in YOUR book? My brake rotors beg to differ. The worst part of my experience is I felt judged by my social status, stereotyped, and unwelcome the minute I walked in to get an inspection sticker.
The service there is awesome, and the employees there are so friendly and funny :) I will recommend them to everyone. The Manager there, Keith, is so nice, friendly, and funny. His personality makes you feel comfortable, he makes you feel like he's known you forever. Great place! Thanks Cheshire Tire!!!
I called to ask about getting my tires rotated on my car and they said I needed and appointment and when I asked about the price they told me it's $19.99 and I told them I saw the sign out front for oil change and tire rotation for $19.99 and they asked if I really needed the oil change in a condescending voice. I asked if I could make an appointment that night and they told me to do the oil change and tire rotation "it would take at least 45 minutes if everything goes smoothly" After that comment I will NEVER go there and tell everyone not to as well. If you can't confidently do an oil change and rotate the tires in 45 minutes or less you are a moron! Stay clear of this place!
