I am a repeat customer of this facility and they are top notch in security and accommodating our needs. Dawn gave us a unit in a short notice and saved the day. The units are always clean and the grounds are organized and well laid out. The best thing I can say about chelsea mini storage is you are free to get in your unit 24 hours a day. It’s well lit and safe. We have never had a problem. Prices are the best in town!

Thanks Dawn for being our go to in storage for 15+ years!!!

I went to a storage unit look at some items a lady had for sale. The property was very well kept and seemed to be in good condition. Biggest thing is the lady had trouble getting into the storage facility. She called the number posted and someone got back with her promptly and assisted her with the issue.

About to move into one of these units - AGAIN. Have used these several times over the last 10 years. Service to me has always been very good. Units were clean when I moved my stuff in. Never had a problem with security, access or billing! Would recommend!

My experience has been nothing but great! I have had my unit around 12-15 years and I have never had a problem. In fact, I just got a small one for my dad and another 10x20 unit for myself. Dawn is so nice and always available and accommodating when I call her. She always goes out of her way to help.
I read the very negative review and it's very sad that someone would say those things just because they got caught stealing! I love doing business with Chelsea Mini Storage.

This place is horrible! They have had a number of break-ins and thefts and the staff and management lack professionalism and customer service. Random pets and animals roam the property in and outside the poorly maintained chain link fence. The grounds are poorly managed and run downed as you can tell from the website’s photos.They have random people coming and going and they always look suspicious. I was a customer here for far to long and I’m just one of the lucky one who didn’t get broken into.They may have a cheaper price than other storage places, but remember your getting what you pay for! (Literally) The customer service is horrible! Dawn in particular. She is in charge but she is terrible and she lacks the mental capacity to be in her position. I recommend if you are in the market for a storage building, or looking for a spot to use for a camper or utility trailer, go anywhere else but here. It is not worth the money. Take it from someone who has experienced such a dreadful experience at this poorly managed place. I will never do business here again and I hope if reading this now that you don’t make the same mistake I did.
