RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rather eat a KRABBY PATTY burger instead! When I tell you I had the most horrible experience of my life at this place. I ordered 2 veggie burgers online and after trying 3 times I received an error stating that transaction could not be processed. TURNS OUT I GOT CHARGED 3 TIMES! I called the manager and was given an attitude and she refused to GIVE COMPLIMENTARY FREE FRIES AND SHE TOLD ME I NEED TO "PROVE IT". AS IF I WOULD LIE MY WAY INTO A $2.00 FRY!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! After waiting nearly an HOUR I get my food and it's COLD AND TASTELESS!!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME. DO yourself a favor and stay away from this place! !!

Definitely one of the best burgers for the price around. Everything I've ever eaten here has been very tasty, fresh and great quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will even offer some extra fries someone. The restaurant doesn't look big from the outside but I've never had a problem getting a table without waiting. I just wish they had more locations close to Atlanta.

My family's first time here and the food was delicious! They left two things off my order, but I hope that they will resolve it for me quickly. More on that once I actually get through to them on the phone.

Great customer service and awesome food! Sign up to get their text messages and you'll be able to get free food and discounts when you order! I've tried everything on their menu and I liked all of the items. The fries are super fresh, and you can get fry refills when you dine in.

Honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Highly unexpected. Restaurant was clean, staff went above and beyond to offer help, and the variety of customizations was great.

DO NOT order online. I placed an order for a bucket burger, and said in the notes "change 1 patty to veggie" since the note section has limited character space. Not only did they not give me a bucket burger, just a double cheese, they gave me cold soggy fries, and forced me to stay and receive a coupon for a free single burger, when I kept telling her I was in a rush and didn't want to remake it because I was running late. Then the manager tells me, "sorry, it should have been more specified". Pretty sure my number is attached to my account for a reason Lady, if you are reading this, (coming from a manager of a food establishment) NEVER blame your and your employee's incompetence on the customer. Not sure how much more clear I needed to be, but next time I will go to the Canton location, where they get my order RIGHT. Burger was still good, but the employees are all very unprofessional.
