  The staff here like many Chase banks I've been to are polite, fast, and very respondent to your requests. While being a big national bank, walking into your local Chase feels a lot like you've walked into a neighborhood credit union.
  
  Are their rates great? Maybe not, but the convenience of having a bank a few blocks from my house filled with a staff that's ready to respond to any of my needs is well worth any small gains you'd get from a simple savings or checking account that wouldn't have that high of a balance anyways.
