Each one of the staff was courteous and caring about my experience. The visit was professional, and Dora's explanations of Dr Shah's plan for my care, was clear and precise. The front reception staff were the best. They confirmed a prescription was already called to my pharmacy and would be ready in a few hours. I plan to recommend to my family & friends.

The staff was super friendly and honestly
Quick to take care of me. They were helpful, they explain everything the right way, and the Dr. Was amazing. The anesthesia was painless and that is one of my main concerns. Honestly it was painless. It is very hard for me to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with and I will definitely keep this one as my dentist. I feel at ease that I found a good office to go to… good luck and thank you. Amazing job.

Charm dental is amazing! Since I walked through the door, I felt at home. The staff is so supportive yet professional, they made me feel special and cared for. Dr. Sharma is the best! They all took their time to answer my questions about treatment, payment plans, anything. I usually don’t leave reviews but this place truly exceeded my expectations.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARM DENTAL - KATY!! The entire visit from scheduling to post visit care and intrustions were carried out smoothly. The office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr.Shah is extremely thorough and caring, with the patients. She works with you throughout the process, to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the treatment. Definitely staying with them for any future treatments!

Since the beginning to set up an appointment they been so helpful, respectful and care.
The doctors and staff are tremendously helpful and care for my children and myself definitely HIGH RECOMMEND!
