  I am really disappointed because I needed to see what merchandise what track shoes they currently have in before I ran down there. But the only thing you can do on their website is see upupcoming runs. I can only imagine the sales they've missed.

  I'm sorry it took me this long to post this review and BELIEVE me it's LOOOOOOOONG over due. This 5-star review started when Anthony Inzirillo picked up my phone call as I raced down from NYC to Annapolis, MD for a birthday party and forgot my running shoes. From the inception of a warm welcome to a follow up phone call when I arrived, Anthony made sure I was guided in and assured me that the new running sneakers I wanted would be ready for me.
  
  Anthony is a passionate employee who isn't looking to sell you the store, and his listening skills combined with his open ended probes discovered new opportunities to introduce me (a fairly new runner) to new ideas in running gear and energy chews. I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need and rather then feeling like this was just another transaction, Anthony created a family like atmosphere by balancing the needs for another customer while keeping equal attention on my needs.
  
  AMAZING experience and, if the world wasn't small enough, Anthony and my conversation revealed that we are both from the same neighborhood in NY. I guess it's something in the water where we are from that makes great employees after all.
  
  I fully recommend any and all runners to race over to Charm City and see Anthony today for your running needs, beginner, advanced and everyone in between.
