Highly unprofessional and non courteous !!

Kept my mower for almost a week without doing anything at all and never bothered to call and update that it was going to take longer!!! Due to whatever their mismanagement mayhem !
Meanwhile my lawn grass grows higher every day!!!
On top of that I called their outlet and no one picks up at their service department nor does any one return calls upon leaving messages !!
I don’t recommend this place !
STOP TAKING CUSTOMERS IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT!!! there are a million better places to be than this place !

I drove 30 minutes there thinking they closed at 5:30 but they actually close at 5 and I arrived at 5:07. An employee in the parking lot recommended walking out back to service where 2 workers led me to Mike. Although they were closed and it was July 3rd, Mike got me my parts and took care of me like the were open. Thanks guys!

Got a great deal on a used small tractor. Been using it for 6 months with no problems. Staff was very helpful. They took both of us to an open area behind the shop with the tractor, and taught us individually how to use its different features. As this was our first tractor, it was extremely useful!

Purchased a Kubota tractor and the experience couldn't have been better. I'm an experienced owner of several tractors so I knew what I was looking for and I can tell you this is a top notch company. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my Husqvarna snow blower, which Chappell Tractor repaired at a more than a reasonable cost and it was quality work.

I'm very happy with the service and patience that Ted displayed while I decided on the used JD tractor I finally purchased from him. Reasonable, thorough and accommodating. Any future tractor needs will bring me back to this place. Thanks a million Ted! :)

Nice people HOWEVER, I took my lawnmower (which I had bought there) to them because it refused to start. They told me I had accidentally added some diesel fuel to the gas (guilty as charged).

They wanted $240 to replace the carburetor, air filter, and a few other things. Yikes! I refused and took my sick mower back home. Then I did what common sense would tell you to do - I dumped out the bad fuel and put in some fresh gas. Vroom, all better.

They could have done this too but instead chose to screw me. Shame on you guys. Never again. I also had bought an expensive snow blower there. They'll never see me again.
