I loved the atmosphere of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the one on one with the physical therapist. Very helpful with very successful results.

After completing 16 weeks of physical therapy at Chappell Physical Therapy, LLC, I highly recommend Erica Chappell, PT without reservation. Following my surgery, repair of torn rotator cuff, I saw my surgeon, Dr. Brian Spencer, after 6 weeks, 10 weeks, and again after 16 weeks. On all three visits he remarked that I was progressing very well, and was in fact ahead of schedule for full recovery. He seemed impressed with the results of my therapy.

At age 69 I was skeptical about the outcome of this operation. Having my right arm constantly in a sling for the first 6 weeks was debilitating and can be demoralizing. But my twice-a-week, 1-1/2 hour PT sessions actually turned out to be fun and seem pretty easy as Erica progressed me gradually through more challenging exercises. Chapell's friendly staff provided me encouragement and optimism to reach my goal of normal usage. They were always willing to schedule me at my convenience.

Not to be overlooked are the stunning lady therapists, humorous interludes with Susan of Susqueview, and colorful stories of horse escapades from the inimitable Dick Brungard. It's rumored that in the future Nan's Donuts will be offered as rewards for patients' progress.
