Very satisfied with
Aaron. He had to come back -tricky repair on door but he added a screw for extra hold at upper hinge. Very prompt each time he came and very pleasant and courteous!response / report this review -

Naomi was very helpful and patient when I called for an appointment. She even responded to me after 8 pm! And the service technician Arron, answered all my questions and I was up and running in no time. He even told me how to fix my microwave light, so I could save some money and do it myself! I highly recommend them!

What a great experience. Arron explained the technical and mechanical features of everything to me as he was working, which I really appreciate. I know how a freezer works now! He explained the problem when he found it, how he would fix it, and how long it would take. The next day, I called Brenda(?) because the ice machine inside the freezer wasn't working. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Arron came back that morning and fixed the ice machine no charge!

Aaron was very knowledgeable and very professional. Clearly a lot of experience in this field and immediately knew what was the cause of the problem and had a solution ready. He was quick and respectful in our home, didn't leave any mess or anything like that. Would gladly use him/Champion again for appliance repair (though we hope we don't have to!).

Arron was fantastic: professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. Explained everything he was doing and also gave me some tips on how to maintain the appliances so that we’d not need repairs in the future. Champion is the ONLY company I’ll ever use for repairs. And they do lots more too!!! HIGHLY recommend.
