Good prices and phone service is good and knowledgeable. Wish the in store service people were a bit more talkative. Atmosphere felt stale when I arrived but the service was quick. It was just kind of odd and disconnected, but maybe I'm use to other places.

Brand new body parts for cheap all comes in matte black color. I love this experience was great. Also bought a headlight for half the price brand new. You just have to go when you need a part.

Bad service. i went to go get a part for my truck nd when i got home nd opened the box it. Was damage i took it back nd they said they couldnt do nothing about it or exchange it. They said i did that damage like y would i wanna damage when im trying to fix my truck i spent 100$ nd something dollars and they come with some bullshit 😡 with dat $ i could of went somewere else nd bought da parts. I dont recommend this place

Waited a hour and no parts still. I asked what was up with my order and told them to just cancel the order because my time is valuable too. The manager followed me outside and said I can take my attitude somewhere else when I was already going to National Auto body. So I told him to suck a penis and that he is the worst manager ever. It's his fault employees can't find parts and are slow. He tried to start a confrontation when there was none, I wanted to smash his face so bad but he isn't worth it. He will soon enough piss off the wrong guy with less to lose.

Well organized. Order at one counter pickup and pay at another. Like the fact that you are encouraged to examine your parts before you pay. No need to worry about 2 price levels as already very fairly priced. Had all parts in stock I needed for a late model VW. Parts fit great. Saw 1 person exchanging a fender and looks like it was pretty much a hassle free process.
