  I needed a certified Arborist assessment of a sick tree we are trying to remove for a new construction project. He was very responsive throughout the process and was able to fit us in the next day for an appointment and produce a very detailed report including photos for our City of San Antonio Tree Permit Application. I would absolutely give Ty a call for any future tree needs. He was very professional and cared about our concerns, and he even called to follow up and make sure we had a good resolution.

  I highly recommend this company! I specifically wanted an arborist to come out to make sure our trees were properly trimmed and sealed. Ty came to my home and was very professional and answered all of my questions with such a positive attitude. I originally wanted to have my trees trimmed before Halloween because so many branches were blocking our doorway, but realistically I was expecting to have them done by Thanksgiving. I was very pleasantly surprised when Ty informed me my trees would be done by Halloween. His crew was so polite and they were fast. They did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the work done. I was very impressed that Ty took my request into consideration, remembered it, and made it happen. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

  We worked with Kyle G on a game plan for our new home and after a very informative assessment, we knew exactly which trees needed, which ones to trim, which ones to remove, and which ones to treat. When the service teams showed up, they were quick, efficient, professional, and provided such great quality work that even our neighbors wanted to use them too! Will recommend to anyone who needs any tree services!

  This is the second year we have used Certified Tree Care and we have been very pleased. Brandon and Chelo got the job done just the way we wanted our trees shaped and it was not easy! Thank you for doing such a great job and we will see you next year!

  I received a mailing from Ty and called to get an appointment for an evaluation for tree trimming on my property. Ty was timely and I was impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. After the evaluation, I was given a price for the work I wanted done. To be honest, I was very pleased with the bid and scheduled the work to be done. The work was accomplished on Sep 10 by three men who were efficient and polite. I could not be happier with CTC doing the work! 5 Stars!
