These people go above & beyond for you. I cracked my phone screen they replaced it for me, i went home realizing a day later i was unable to hear on the ear piece of my phone. I went back to get it re-checked out. The guy & lady there were very nice & professional. Not only did they tell me they didnt have in stock the ear piece to my phone they said they would take my information down & call me when the piece arrived. Then they called me i came in to get it fixed at NO CHARGE. Turns out they hand me my phone it worked but not only did they provide me with the ear piece but they also installed a FREE SCREEN PROTECTOR!! I will definitely be back here for sure!! Thank you guys for making my day!!

The screen they gave me cracked after simply pressing the home button shortly after receiving my iPhone 5s. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They never called back when they said they would. Employees were very rude. My phone worked just fine before dropping it off. Now it won't even turn on. Great place to bring your phone if you want to pay someone to break It. Would not recommend any of my friends or family to use this store. There is a better mobile repair store in Danbury anyway. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

After going to get my iPad mini cracked screen fixed when I picked it up it seemed to work fine about an hour into using it half the screen went black with lines of colors through it, when I brought it back I was told by the gentleman behind the counter this issue was above his pay grade and to come back another time when a manager is working!!!! The mall isn't right about the corner for me there for I left extremely unsatisfied and till have a busted up screen!

Not only were the guys working true professionals but they were very nice and so helpful. They fixed my cracked IPad screen in a timely manner and I could not be happier. I will definitely return with any other issues to Cellairis. Thanks again guys!

Came to Cellairis to fix my water damaged iPhone 6plus. Anthony and Eric were very knowledgable of everything. Took apart my phone put it through their machine to clean out the board and all the chips that they mentioned that operate the board of the phone. Was up and running in less than an hour! Saved my life! and my wallet! Highly recommend.

I got my iPhone replaced here and I was pretty happy. I had previously got my phone fixed in the city and the quality of my screen now is so much better. The colors look like they did when i bought the phone. I didn't even realize what was missing. I was pretty happy because i was in a rush and the worker was able to get me out of there in about 30 minutes.
