  Although this company initially did a nice job installing our large cedar shake roof, when we had leaking problems several years later, they were undependable and unresponsive. They stood us up for appointments, and then failed to return calls for weeks until we gave up on them. Perhaps this is normal behavior for this company if they don't see big $$$ hanging in the balance.
