    The Sales manager Joe Martinez is the worst salesman I have ever encountered. Me and my father were trying to work out a reasonable price for a Lexus IS 250 due to minor damage on it. Joe Martinez responded “Why would I bargain with my own price, why would I lower it for you.” Are you kidding me? Maybe because it has damage and your trying to sell the car to us. I have never met a Salesman who isn’t willing to bargain on the price, especially if it’s damaged. Another thing he told us was ridiculously stupid. He said: “from my experience, no one shops around for a car to find the cheapest price.” I didn’t know how to respond to such an idiotic statement. Who goes car shopping hoping to find the most expensive price to pay. Because of Joe Martinez, he has ruined our experience with cavendet Toyota and I will encourage others never to shop there. He is the most incompetent salesman I’ve ever met.

    I am a 40+ year Chevy customer and I was looking for a change after my last experience with them. I sent in a request to check on a vehicle on the Cavender Toyota website and was helped fairly quickly by Chris. He helped me with some information and we set up an appointment. Austin took over when I got there, and was very knowledgeable about the Tacoma that I was interested in. When I came in to check on pricing, I was met by the sales manager. I told him that we found a 2017 Tacoma that I was interested in. I did tell him that I would not be buying the vehicle today, but would need to wait until next week until I could make my final decision. He talked for a few minutes and would not discuss any pricing on the vehicle and would only do it, if I agreed to purchase the vehicle right away. When I told him that I was not purchasing today, he walked away and had Austin come back to deal with me. The juvenile and unprofessional behavior of your sales manager has given me no reason to ever be a first-time or future Toyota owner.

    Staff at this dealership are truly exceptional. My sales rep (Carlos) and finance rep (James) were superbly knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. I never felt pressured to do anything and left with both a fantastic deal on both my new vehicle and a fair offer for my trade in. Will return 10/10.

    I don’t normally review car dealerships, however, Cavender Toyota exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment since I was from out of town and in the area. This place took me in right away and took you off my needs. Their waiting area is kid friendly and very comfortable. The best thing I experienced was a phone call days after my appointment. The person who called me wanted to make sure the service performed was to my expectations and if I had any additional questions. If you’re considering buying a car, I highly recommend this location since their ethical work went along way and I can tell that they really care about their customers.

    One again, Cavender Toyota did not disappoint me when purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Phillip, who went out of his way to show me multiple vehicles I was interested in driving. He was patient, not pushy, and was willing to work within my budget constraints. Additionally, the finance portion of the sales went well. The paperwork signing went quickly and they explained every question I had. Overall the experience was great and I will use them again when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.

    What an amazing experience!! I received excellent service from Mr. Anthony Garcia. He was GREAT!!! finding me exactly what I wanted. He was kind, thorough, patiently he answered all my questions, bilingual, respecfull, and efficient. This is the best customer service at a dealership I have ever experience. Also, Mr. James Sanders, the finance representative, was awesome as well! He got me a great extended warranty, and he did it all with a great attitude and patient towards me. I will definitely buy from here again!

    I initially went in to take a look at a discounted Corolla advertised online and ended up meeting my salesman Austin Cueva. Austin was a very professional young man that was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and features. We went on a test drive and he was very polite and didn't pressure me once we arrived back at the dealer. I was pleased with the price of the vehicle and decided that I wanted to sleep on it to make sure this was the car I wanted. Austin's manager then introduced himself to me and mentioned that the "car wouldn't be available first thing tomorrow morning if I waited." Sort of seemed like a pressure tactic to me to buy, (which I am aware of how the car industry operates). I ended up coming back the next morning to purchase and Austin greeted me with a smile and dedicated his time again with me. Overall, I am happy with my vehicle and Austin has done a great job following up with me to make sure everything is working out for me. I would definitely recommend buying again from Cavender and working with Austin! :)

    Salesman Mike Rodriguez, I am only giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. Mike listened, only showed me cars within my budget, gave good advice, honest, knowledgeable. Financing did not take long, offered extended warranty (I declined), but no pressure. This is our second purchase from Cavender, I highly recommend and would go back again.

    Cavender Toyota gave us the best experience in car buying period. Jay and Edwin were very professional and accommodating. We didn't feel any pressure to buy at all. In the end we left happy, knowing we got a good deal on our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership.

    My visit at Toyota was well worth it. I wasn't looking to buy a car immediately, but ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla SE! The dealership itself was very clean and organized, and offered snacks and refreshments for all customers. The environment seemed very respectful and professional. I never felt uneasy or uncomfortable during my visit. Everything and everyone seemed to be at their best at all times. Bert Barrera was my agent and was a huge help to both me and my girlfriend. Being a sales associate myself, I know what it takes to start and close a sale/deal, and Bert does exactly that. Bert offers exceptional service as an agent, and will go above and beyond to help you get the car you need at the price you want. He understands your needs and concerns, and will do anything and everything to make you feel a part of the Cavender Toyota family. I also had the opportunity to meet Robert, David, and Liz, all of whom which were friendly, respectful and understanding of my needs, questions, and concerns. They all presented exceptional customer service with a great sense of pride in their field/department. If you're looking for a great dealership with a large selection of awesome cars, Cavender Toyota is the place to go. I highly recommend you ask for Bert Barrera during your visit.     I started looking for cars online and made some inquiries. I received an email back from Spencer who sent me some vehicles to look at online. What I loved was that I did not feel pressured nor did he constantly email or call me. Once we arrived to the dealership, Spencer was busy so we ended up working with Mike. I liked that Spencer allowed Mike to work with us while he was assisting other customers instead of making us wait. We were buying a car for my soon to be 16 year old and she was very indecisive. Mike was very patient and accommodating. We looked at several cars and ended up test driving the one we bought. Never once did I feel pressured to look at something that would benefit them, nor did they try to push items on me I did not want. They were very informative of the vehicles they had in stock and willing to show us as many as needed. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

    Our visit to Cavender Toyota was outstanding! It was worth the drive from Houston! Our salesman, Andre, and sales mgr, Danny, were awesome! They had the vehicle we wanted, they gave us a price, we made a counter offer, then we settled on a great price! The delivery of the vehicle was a nice change too! They sat down with us and showed my wife every detail of the car, how things worked, let us look over every detail of the vehicle in a cool comfortable setting. Could not ask for a better buying experience!!!! Thank you Cavender Toyota!!!! I will be buying our next Toyota for my son that is graduating soon from Cavender!

    Before anything else I want to give a huge thanks to Mr. David Forrest for being an exceptional salesman and just an overall great person! I got in contact with him in regards to a 2017 Highlander and although my husband decided on a Nissan Pathfinder, Mr. Forrest provided us with an amazing deal. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process and left such a great impression that I wish I had someone to personally recommend him to! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend going to them for amazing Toyota deals!

    The sales and management staff were highly competent and extremely helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Julio Cervera was not only knowledgeable and instructive, he was a consummate gentleman, cheerful and really seemed to enjoy his job. It's my hope his supervisors recognize his professionalism and enthusiasm. I have bought many cars in my 63 years, and I would rate him as the best car salesman I have ever encountered.

    Likewise, the business manager Veronica Perez was extremely competent, bright and very personable. She answered every question we had, was cheerful, helpful and seemed sincerely interesting in making our buying experience first rate.

    I am very impressed with everyone involved with our car buying experience, and would readily encourage anyone looking for a car to visit this outstanding dealership.

    We recently purchased our new vehicle with Julio Ortiz and we couldn't have been more pleased. This is our second purchase from Cavender Toyota and he has always been exceptional. He always provides the best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable of all products. He makes the car buying process fun, simple and smooth to ensure for a happy car buying experience. Not to mention, Donna in finance was just as exceptional. She was so friendly and super informative. She made the final stage of our car buying experience light-hearted and end on a positive high note. Overall you will not be disappointed at Cavender Toyota!
