Store is always neat and clean and customer service is great. Celina Brigman especially did an awesome job of helping us today with everything and explained any questions further to our understanding. (She needs a raise! lol) I can tell the people working here enjoy offering their assistance with a great attitude. It made my day to come into a store so livid from a previous situation and have that feeling digress with a warm smile and helping hand. I have no complaints. Most definitely a 5 star store. Please keep the energy level up!

Had a minor issue to occur, however, the manager called me to not only resolve the issue but wanted to hear from me to see what could be done next time & followed up with my order.

Ordered a dress for pinning 15 days ahead of time. Went to pick it up and one said the dress was discontinued and another said it was backed up. Nobody considered calling/emailing me to make me aware of it. They seemed to not care, and didn't try to handle it considering my pinning pictures was 1 day away!! Family business is never a good business!

Best experience I've had in a long time. Helped me find the perfect gift for a friend that was starting nursing school. Knew exactly what local programs require. Highly recommend and love the new location. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Castle Uniforms new location is great. Large selectoin of uniforms.Shoe selection is unlimited.Sales floor is very spacious with plenty of room to shop for all your needs.Group sales department is very knowledgeable about what uniform you will need for the program your in or job that your strarting.Special ordered uniforms from here, customer service was awesome!! I would recommend anyone to shop here.

the customer service was beyond exceptional until the very end when it came time to pay. I was asked if I would like to be put into the system, I said I would not and before I can say why I was told "well that was kinda rude" and the cashier laughs. after I checked out and met up with my friends who were also purchasing items we were told that there was a military discount but it wouldn't apply to our purchase because it was off the clearance rack. yet there were no slash though the price or any indication that the items were clearance items. I asked well what are the original prices of the uniforms and both cashiers ignores me and turned their head like I wasn't even talking to them. we made our purchases and left with out a fuss. but I will never shop here again and I do work at a hospital and will be sure to tell every person I walk past not to shop here and why.
