Very nice people that work there and they had the right car for the right price. however, when I took the car home I spent over a hour cleaning the car. was not very well prepared for selling and I have no idea if the oil was changed, Disappointed in these 2 things. The car, we like very much. Had to take a 200 mile trip and it got 47 miles to the gallon and the car has many wonderful features. no buyers remorse here.

Definitely worth the drive up from Utah! Such nice people and no pressure sales approach. I bought an almost new Suburban and had a minor issue afterward and they took care of me. This dealership has integrity.

Dale, Jeff and the rest of the team at Castle Rock went above and beyond in helping me purchase a company vehicle there. They were very easy to deal with and the price was outstanding. I’ll definitely be calling on them again when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Had a rough experience with engine on my old GMC truck blowing near Evanstan, WY while towing on a long trip. Took it to service at Castle. Service guys were great! Very nice, understanding and honest about the situation. Knowing the extent of the work needing to be completed on my truck, I showed interest in one of their used vehicles. The sales staff was great. Not pushy. Again, honest and great to work with. They knew how tired I was and did not try to take advantage. They let me make my decision without pressure. I purchased the vehicle and under the circumstances, they made it a pleasurable experience. All parts of the team were great. They even allowed me to store my other truck there until I could come get it.
Excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I walked in expecting a typical negative dealership experience, it was not at all!!

Dale and the whole staff made our buying experience very positive. We've bought lots of cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences we've had. After shopping for trucks online, they were the most competitive.

Castle Rock was AWESOME. I called them a couple days ago and explained my situation with my husband in the hospital in UT and my transmission went out in my Tahoe. Told Rolene what I needed and she got the ball rolling. I went in this morning at about 10am and was driving home in my Chrysler Town & Country Van by 2pm. They really went the extra 10 thousand miles to help me I feel like I got the best deal I could have gotten anywhere. We've bought there in the past and will in the future.

I have had Castle Rock service my Acadia for the last 4 years. I have always been impressed with their prompt, accurate, and timely service,
I recently had them perform a major overhaul that was not expected.
The service department went out of their way to accommodate me.
They ordered in the needed part and and installed it a week ahead of what i was told even accounting for being in close proximity to a holiday.
Thank you for saving my older model comfortable just broken in Acadia..
