  Called this company on the phone only able to get answering machine. Went to location. Found office hours posted 9'5. It's almost an hour after 9 and no one is at the office no one answers the phone. Called corporate only able to leave an answering machine note. Called customer service and they were no help at all. Apparently each business is independently owned and has no responsibility to the parent company. They were not able to help me at all not even give me a phone number to corporate I had to look. Not familiar with these kind of business is but if they can't answer the phone there's no customer service and they note open the doors on time I wonder what kind of outfit they are! I would never go here again it's up to you

  OK.. FIRST OF ALL IDK WHY THE STORE PICTURE THEY HAVE UP IS COMPLETELY NOT THEIRS THE PIC IS OF A VERY NICE LOOKING UPSCALE FANCY OFFICE AND THERS IS KINDA LAUGHABLE.. A DINKY LITTLE ROOM WITH LIKE ONE DESK NO WAITING AREA JUST PLAIN AND KINDA SAD.. ALSO THE GUY HERE TOTALLY PLAYED ME AND DIDNT GIVE ME ENOUGH FOR A RING I BROUGHT IN.. HE WAS VERY VAGUE, HE ALWAYS IS.. HE TALKS VERY LITTLE- HE NEVER SAYS MUCH AND I THINK ITS BECAUSE HE TRIES TO RIP PPL OFF.. I TOOK HIM MY GOLD RING AND WHEN HE PUT IT ON THE SCALE I ASKED HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH AND HE SORTA MUMBLED "ITS AROUND 2".. AND I KNOW IT WEIGHED A LOT MORE THAN TWO AND HE SAID HE HAS TO MINUS THE WEIGHT OF THE GEMSTONE AND TINY ASS DIAMONDS ON THE SIDE WHICH I KNOW FOR 100% CERTAINTY COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE THAN .5 OF A GRAM TOTAL.. HE OFFERED ME $25 AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.. I LET IT GO THIS TIME CUZ I GOT THE RING FOR FREE BUT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT GUY HAS TRIED TO JIP ME BECAUSE HE THINKS IDK SHIT ABOUT ANY OF THAT STUFF. I DEF WONT BE RETURNING AND IN FACT I WILL PROB GO BUY THAT RING BACK IF I CAN AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Cash for Gold Lake Forest was a pleasant experience. It didn't take long for a free quote and I didn't feel pressured to sell my items. I went to another gold buyer but was quoted less so I came back. They honored the quote from my last visit and I left with cash instantly. I trust and will comeback here.

  I WOULD and HAVE recommend this place. I went in to sell an old engagement ring and necklace. I shopped around and they gave me the best prices. Plus, I recommended them to my sister in law, and she got the best prices! The young man who helped both my sister in law and myself, was very courteous and very professional. The office is very neat and clean, (unlike other places I have been to). I would HIGHLY recommend Cash for Gold Lake Forest. Thank you!

  i will definitely be a repeat customer. the person who helped me was very nice and also walked me through all of the steps of the gold testing since i was curious. i got a great price and was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. i now know where to go when i need to get some extra cash!!

  While we were going over some old boxes at home we found some old gold jewelry.
  We decided to dispose of it. We thought the best way to do that was to sell it.

  for such establishment. I discovered Lake Forest Gold Exchange. So we visited them.
  From that visit, we found out that we can sell gold for cash at an amazing
  rate. We never expected that our old gold items could fetch the amount we were
  given by Lake Forest Gold Exchange. They gave us a great cash for gold deal, and they
  also knew how to handle customers well. The next time we need to sell gold for cash
  we will go and see Lake Forest Gold Exchange.

  Everything about this business appealed to me when I visited the store. The place was not a shoddy little pawnshop, nor was it an out of the way office. It was a nice retail front in a nice plaza. The service was very friendly. Most importantly they were able to get me a great deal on my scrap gold. Best Pawn shop in lake forest by far
