Just moved in and the neighborhood is lovely. I had a perfect move in experience, and have found management to be knowledgeable and eager to help. Guest parking can be tricky but the way they have it set up keeps the neighborhood looking nice, I think it's a good trade off honestly. We live near the brand new park, and my kids love it. I have met some nice people, and my kids have friends already. One of the nice things about this neighborhood is that the neighborhood kids have the freedom to roam a bit, not something that kids usually get to do in this day and age. Most parents seem to check in often, and interact frequently with them. There are a few children who like to use bad language and bully, those parents seem entirely MIA. Still, there are so many nice kids here too, my littles just pick and choose who they play with. I'll review again down the road but we are VERY happy to have found Carroll's Creek!

Been living here since December and I have enjoyed every minute off it. Great place, great Neighbors and great Office Employee's. When you do have some concerns, they do there best to help you out in anyway. Some times it's not even the Office that necessarily has to do something, but they try.

Love living at Carroll’s Creek. Nice size townhomes and the area around us is really nice. Close to schools and shopping places. The price of rent is really good. The office staff is wonderful to work with and are very friendly. Maintenance guys are good too. We love living here!

Great friendly office and maintenance staff. My only reason for 4 stars is that the price of rent keeps going up but the property and amenities haven't and there's literally no parking for guests. That being said, they are updating the workout room which is available 24/7, thank you Matt, and they are adding a pool! Looking forward to the summer!

My family moved here last spring. It had been uneventful until September. Since then the trash compactor broke and trash is overflowing everywhere. It's now November and has not been repaired. We now have mice and roaches as a result of the trash. A new management company took over in the spring and likely is the cause of these changes. There are lots of little reasons but the biggest reason why we are moving is the roaches and mice. It's unsanitary. And exterminators are very expensive. We have spent hundreds already fighting a problem directly caused by the management company's refusal to repair the trash compactor and get rid of the rotting garage. I wouldn't move here. The prices have gone up dramatically and considering the area, schools, pests, wandering drug addicts, car prowlers, parking situation and traffic noise it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere first. Our car insurance went up 70 dollars a month due to living herethat says something. Our neighbors are great though and the few interactions I have had with the office staff have been pleasant.

Not quite sure the trouble some of the other residents are reporting. This place is actually quite nice aside from the mass amount of children roaming around like they own the place. Carroll's has issued warnings against them time and time again, but they don't seem to follow through with their proclamations, which is why I am discounting a star.

Maintenance has never been an issue and has always been prompt.
Parking is definitely an issue, but if you're looking to rent and you have more than two cars, why are you looking at this place in the first place?
Streets are narrow af, Barely enough room for two cars to pass each other, but that's not really fixable.

Awesome internet speeds here too o/
Hard to find in this frontier-infested land.

What a mean blond woman in the office.
So stuck up and rude , probably not one nice bond in her body. I will never love here while she is managing.
Ya know? The world doesn't revolve around her yet she thinks it does. All she causes is stress on others life. She doesn't deserve this job. Give to someone nice.

Im glad I dodged a bullet with this place. I recorded the conversation with the agent telling if we change our mind about the place they could return us the holding fee with no problem. Made sure to this because this place looks sketchy. I get an email from the manager telling me no refunds. Literally just says, no refund. I was like wow, you know I recorded the conversation of you people. Nice to know what ever they tell you is bullshit.

Omg I was always ontime rent then they kicked us out after a whole year making room for military and they have lots of roaches in the walls you cannot get rid of them and the rats omg the rats. And KENDRA ONE OF THE MANAGEMENT IS A SATANIC EVIL TROLL WITH BAD BREATH I THINK SHE EATS CHILDREN. And the kids living there will be future bank robbers and drive bye shooters soon enuf I would feel more safe in the streets of COMPTON

If I could give negative stars, I would. Living there was AWFUL. The kids running through that place are the worst I've ever seen. I couldn't even let my kids out to play. The parking is terrible. The feces everywhere, yuck. The rent is high for what you get. But here I am 7 months after moving out writing a review. Why? Because not only did they screw me over on my deposits after I left the place sparkling clean, they lied on my report to my potential new landlord!! I got a 20 day notice to vacate back in August that stated we had to move because our lease was up and they needed the space for military families. Cool, we get it. We're all for our military. We packed up with nowhere to go. We've been staying with family. Fast forward to now, 7 months later. I get a copy of my consumer report to give my new landlord prospect. It states from Carrolls Creek Landing, tenant asked to vacate after being late on rent too many times! They lied! And why?? We had a great relationship with the front office. Sure we were late sometimes but only after discussing it with Matt the manager and always always always paid extra! It just appears to be common practice for these guys to screw people over. Pretty frustrating.

We were awesome tenants. We thought this place was better than the reviews, but we were wrong. They will try and tell you the bad review are from dirty tenants that didn't want to pay the price, but I have the photos from our move out to PROVE that we were extremely clean tenants. We didn't even hang pictures, and they took almost all of our deposit for items that we had told them about on our walk through at move in. when I challenged them for the $76 cracked microwave vent and $160 cleaning fee, they asked for specific move in and out pictures. i had broad area pictures of our move out. and so couldn't prove that our toilets were scrubbed and we had removed the scum ring that they hadn't bothered with at our move in. The carpet is cheap and loose fitting. They charge everyone a re stretching fee of $85 dollars regardless of the shape of the carpet. We had a stain from my mom spilling a drink on the carpet that they charged us $175 animal spot remover for. They will tow your car if you or a visitor park wrong. you get two spots unless you rent another, and visitors usually have to park on the street where car windows are regularly broken into. The neighborhood boys are mean cussing, hitting, and threatening to kill the other kids. No one has addressed the issue. If you have any other options than this place, please take that option!!! message me if you want proof of how they nickle and dime you out of your deposit. best of luck .
